All of the staff was great, but Lauren was really amazing. I am so happy that I found my dress here, and I would definitely recommend this salon.

I was getting very discouraged while shopping for a wedding dress, especially after having a horrible experience at a place in fort Myers. Jennifer made my experience so amazing! She was completely honest, which I loved, and told me «if she wanted to get me in a dress, she would get me into a dress». She spent a lot of time with me and never made me feel hurried. She helped me find the most perfect dress and gave me alteration tips for it. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this store!

I had Justine helping me when I went in (Back in March) and she was SO helpful. She was very friendly and helped me feel relaxed. My wedding was 2 months away, but she helped me get my dress delivered only 2 weeks after I visited the store– huge stress relief!
I thought I knew what type of dress I wanted, so I picked out some with that style but I was open to other options. Justine picked out a dress that she thought would compliment my body type and it turned out being the dress!!! It was perfect, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day.
SO grateful for everything Justine did for me, not only was she kind and welcoming, but she also helped me try on dresses with ease– I tried on probably 15 dresses in 30 minutes! I never felt rushed, and I had a great time with her and my family.

If I could give a 0 I would. I had an appointment set for a Saturday afternoon. When I arrived, we walked right into another bride admiring her dress with her entire family. We felt rude walking right in front of the plastic folding chairs the family was sitting in. We were not greeted until 5 – 10 minutes of being in the store even though I had an appointment. The staff was not friendly nor helpful. They didnt even ask who the bride was, my name or where the wedding was being held. They threw a sheet of paper and clipboard at me to fill out while standing in their dress area. The lady then handed me SHOWER CURTAIN RINGS to «hang» on the dresses i would like to try. 15 minutes after the appointment was to start, we finally were ushered into the BREAK ROOM to try on wedding gowns. The break room was dirty and dank. There were employee drinks, food and other weird things in the room. There was no help on what style I should try, no clips to hold the dress in the right place and no ambiance what so ever. It was not a fun, glamorous time that it should have been. They did not make the bride feel special by any means. They also did not have that big of a selection of dresses. Needless to say, we left after trying on 2 dresses. I would not recommend Lorettas to another bride.

I ended up getting my dress from this salon. The customer service is great but by no means is high end. The salon itself is no frills. No wine, no big cushiony couches, no plush robes. However, great prices and patience abounded. Something very much appreciated! My consultant was highly attentive and ended up putting me in a dress I never would have tried on yet alone bought!

My daughter had to order a bridesmaid dress from Loretta’s Bridal. She had a seamstress take her measurements so they would be accurate. Loretta INSISTED she needed a size 10. My daughter is 5’3 and 125 lbs… she wears a petite size 4 in most things. We talked her into at least ordering a size 8. When the dress arrived, needless to say it was huge! Loretta gave a lame excuse about that is what the designer recommended. She said that she had been in the business for 25 years. If that is so, she should have the experience to know the designers better than that. A reputable business would have covered the cost of altering the dress. The owner didn’t care anything about customer service, I have read two other review on other sites where this happened to them as well. One person had to have 12 inches cut from the bust! I would NEVER use this place! I wouldn’t even give it one star. Buyer BEWARE… don’t let them talk you into a size that you know you are not.

When I arrived to Loretta Bridal Boutique I was an hour early for my appointment because I ended up finishing at another bridal boutique earlier than expected. The staff immediately got me started anyways. There was a great selection of gorgeous dresses for a reasonable price! I must have tried on upwards of 12 – 15 dresses but fell in love with the very first one I tried on. The staff was amazing and patient and offered suggestions and helped complete the look with accessories. They also had snacks and mimosas for my guests and I. I didn’t expect to find «the dress» but I did! One of the best parts of weddig planning is finding your wedding dress. The experience of trying on wedding dresses should be fun and memorable and thats the exact experience I had at Loretta bridal boutique. I can’t wait to go back for alterations!

I went to David’s bridal twice, Alfred Angelo once, and spent countless hours online searching for «the» dress. I was beginning to feel like I was never going to find the perfect one. Alfred Angelo had terrible customer service and disgusting dresses. David’s Bridal had helpful enough employees, but the dresses were lackluster, and it felt like I was in a cattle herd. I went to Loretta Bridal originally for bridesmaids dresses, but decided to try on a few dresses for brides. The third one I tried on I instantly had that wow feeling I had been searching for. All of their dresses were beautiful and clean (take note Alfred Angelo). I ended up spending more than I originally planned, but you really do get what you pay for in this case. Karina is so attentive and helpful and the tailor did a great job, as well.

Amazing! You will not be disappointed. I have been to numerous bridal salons in 3 states looking for «the» dress and I found it at Loretta’s. Karina and Liz both helped me on my search for the dress and their help, professionalism and knowledge they provided was priceless. They have a variety of different designers and a good price range to work in. Needless to say I found my dress and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Karina and Liz

I had the most exceptional, amazing, dream like experience with Karina and her staff at Loretta’s Bridal Boutique!
Their professionalism and helpful knowledge of shopping for a wedding gown is priceless. They are patient and outstandingly encouraging when finding the right dress of your dreams.
Please let me emphasize my delight when it comes to their in house tailor. He is an Italian, old school, former wedding gown designer, with an eye for perfection.

The ladies of this wedding boutique have the patience of Job as each bride with her entourage shop the gorgeous inventory. There are well lit mirrors and ample fitting rooms. Stock begins at about $ 800, though there is a clearance room that you can ask about that has a few dresses in the $ 500 range. The best is the tailoring & alterations: Old school Italian, NY craft.
