Ka Nail Spa

My mom and I visited last week on a Friday afternoon. I have three major issues with this place:
1. Sterilization: In between my pedicure and manicure I watched as the nail technician «sterilized» the tools. She basically rinsed the tools and put them back into a sterile sleeve and sealed the sleeve. I watched her do this twice — neither my tools nor my mom’s tools were sterilized properly.
2. Inconsistency: My mom and I asked for the same services except I asked for my nails to be buffed instead of nail polish. The technician didn’t tell me but apparently getting your nails buffed costs $ 3 more. Additionally my mom received long massages for both her feet and hands and I received a 12 second massage total. The technician (and apparently owner) was in a rush.
3. Pricing: Despite us requesting the same service we had very different experiences and somehow my services cost more. $ 50 for a subpar pedicure and terrible manicure is ridiculous.
The service at this place is atrocious. We will not be returning.

I had scheduled and appt at Nail Art 2 in Naples for a gel manicure. I waited inside there for two minutes and the smell was so bad that I had to leave.
Grubby nails and all, I traveled north to pick up my pups from the groomer.
To my surprise I stumbled on this gem. I was lucky that Daniel could take me right away.
My nails look nice and I am happy! If you are in the area, I reccomed this for gel manicures. The staff is very pleasant with a great sense of humor.
Laughs and nails, can’t beat that!
