Worst place ever! Ruined my eyebrows. NEVER go here. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the lady who purposely butchered my eyebrows or I would include that as well. I hate to give negative reviews but I want to save anyone else the time and pain

I had leticia for a Brazilian and brow wax. She is excellent! So quick and very through. I don’t know how she gets every single hair in that amount of time, but she does! And she’s a sweetheart I will say it’s a little pricey. But you get what you pay for. And you really want the best when it comes to waxing your lady parts!!!

Angel does my waxing and she is the best! I have been waxing for years and this wax is the best. It is gentle, but does the job. I drive from Cape Coral and it is worth the drive. Love it.

Received my 2nd brazilian from Latica 2 days ago. She is very thorough, quick and knowledgable. She does a perfect job. The second time I went in, it had been 2 and a half months since the first brazilian and I had shaved so the hair was at all different lengths. Letica said I could come back in a week or she would remove as much as possible but some hairs were too short. She ended up getting every single hair! She’s awesome! And she knows her stuff. Bought the ingrown hair serum the first time and it keeps the skin perfect. You gotta get it. All their products are wonderful. They will give you sample packets which have lasted for me to the second waxing! Next on my wish list is the soap. Everything smells so good and fresh. Love everything here.

While the technicians are great I have to say the customer service and late policy are awful. They have a 10 min late policy. I arrived exactly on the 10th min and the computer wouldn’t allow me to keep my appt as the nasty girl said I needed to be there within 9 min. It was pouring rain and traffic was a nightmare which delayed my arrival. They take no exceptions. I will never recommend this business and am cancelling my contract. Besides, laser hair removal is the way to go.

I had Kayla, she was amazing! Super sweet, professional, I felt very comfortable. Not a hair left and actually relatively painless. I love the wax that they use instead having to use strips the wax alone takes care of it all. Second Brazillian I have had and will definitely be back!

Had my first experience at EWC today with Kayla. She is efficient, friendly and thorough. My Brazilian wax was painless (not a stray hair left either) and my brows look amazing. I would give more than 5 stars if it were an option. Paula works at the reception desk and is knowledgeable with all services and products. I will definitely be back. Thanks to the ladies at EWC.

If you are very familiar with waxes, make sure you ask for an experienced esthetician. The one I had seemed very nervous, she may have been a newbie at this. Despite this and the fact that she took longer than what I am used to — I am still happy with the job done. And the prices here are unbeatable. Since this was my first visit I recieved a 50% discount on my service and if you pre-​book you get $ 5 off you next appoinment.

Affordable for the quality of wax and detail they do. Very clean area. The only downside is that the front desk really pushes for you to sign up for a package. The esthetician will also tell you about the products and recommend as well. I understand that they probably receive sales perks but I just wanted to get my wax in peace
