Tried to get food here again. My first experience was bad, but I would give it a second chance. Still the same bad service as before. I have no idea how they get so many good reviews. Must be family and friends giving the reviews.

Great Sandwich made to order right in front of you with fresh quality ingredients. I have been in many times and food is always constant. Very nice owners but it’s a lunch only place closes at 6:00

The sandwich was amazing!!! I got double turkey and stuffing! Only minus is, I wanted broccoli and cheddar soup and they didn’t have that or the chocolate chip cookies. I ordered online!

Heard how great this place was so needed to try. Got there middle of lunch hour and I was second on line. Ordering process seemed rather slow but not a big deal. By the time I was«on-deck» three more people behind me. Phone rings and while 5 people are waiting to order, the order taker/cashier takes a phone order. Totally Wrong if you ask me. I’ve never owned a sandwich shop, but maybe you can get away with that if your sandwiches are a 10⁄10. They weren’t, and I’m not returning.

If you’re reading this review I’m assuming your looking for a great deli spot, and you may be a visitor to sunny SW Florida and need some advice. Small family run deli. Very friendly staff and immaculately clean. Prices are very reasonable. Just go and check it out… now!!! We’re talking REALTURKEY, real tasty. Order anything on the menu. Just go… now!!! Cause you’re probably hungry anyway…

I heard about this shop from friends and family so we went to check it out. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful. My boyfriend asked what the most popular items are, and she offered the philly. He ordered that and I had just the turkey and provolone sub(without onions!) Mine was really good. i’m not really a fan of tomatoes and there was just the right amount. The cheese was good and the turkey was awesome! My boyfriend said mine was better. We used the coupon on Unilocal for a free 20 oz drink too. We will be back!

Cappriottis is by far the best sandwich shop in town in terms of flavor! I always get the same thing, vegetarian turkey sandwich without mayo, and there must not be many other people that order it because the owners always remember me when I come in. It’s a husband and wife duo that run the show here, which is why I think the hours are so short. I wish they were open on Sunday’s, but I guess the owners have to have that work life balance too. Honestly I don’t know how I can describe just how good their mock turkey is, but I crave it! Only reason they didn’t get 5 stars from me is because they’re pretty slow at making the sandwich. I always call ahead now because I don’t like waiting and that serves me just fine :)

This is a great spot, especially for lunch! We stopped here for a quick bite to eat after a work function. I was with two co-workers and I had the Bobbie and they had the Philly and the Italian. The Bobbie is so good. Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce– great while in the holiday season and a treat all year round. The subs are customizable and there’s three sizes you can choose from. In addition to subs they have salads too! Prices are fair. For three medium sandwiches and three drinks the total was about $ 35. A fair price for a hearty lunch. Be warned that the speciality/cooked sandwiches take longer than the meat and cheese ones(makes sense) but if you’re with people and they order a variety, you will be waiting until they get them. Much better than Subway.

If you want good sandwich from a bunch of Jerks, this is your place. I wish there’s another Capriotti’s in town with different owners. The Bonita springs branch have horrible rude people.

This place has good subs, my favorite is the meatball sub. I must say the service is okay, staff is ok friendly. Place is smelly, I understand is a sandwich shop but oh boy when you leave you smell like if you were working there all day. Delivery service is terrible needs improvement.

Good. It’s definitely better than your run of the mill sandwich shop… like Subway. Most of the subs are regular subs, but they have a couple that stand out. The Bobbie seems to be their signature sub, which is best described as being a «Thanksgiving» sub. It’s shredded turkey with cranberries and stuffing as a sandwich. I wouldn’t say it’s the best place around, but worth a try if you’re in the neighborhood.

Capriottis was tasty, definitely a step up from subway and gives Publix a run for its money. I like the variety of sandwiches and location, however the customer service was lackluster. It is a very small location with maybe 5 tables. They don’t seem to have a system down as to how to complete orders and fulfill them. All customers were confused. Should we sit? Do we wait here? That being said, I ordered the«Bobbie» which is thanksgiving in a sub. I had the idea in my head it would taste like my favorite ever sandwich from Earl of Sandwich called the«Holiday Turkey» but it didn’t quite measure up. Although tasty, it was not served warm or hot. The turkey was cold, which in turn made the stuffing and cranberry sauce cold. I will still return and try the meatball sub next time :)

Woah! Do not pass by the Chicken Cheese Steak sub. Seriously one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time — especially if you like spicy foods. The staff was super nice too!

Five stars for a sandwich shop? yeah i know but honest to god this little find is fantastic. Went on a whim on st pats day, I was yearning for pastrami and this spot was right around the corner from our place. Simple menu, great combinations, I had the Capistrami pastrami, swiss, slaw and Russian dressing. Honestly it was the best of that combo I have ever had, and I enjoy deli in Detroit, Ann Arbor(Zingermans), Chicago and NYC. All of there sandwiches(Subs) would be awesome on a good rye as well but alas anyone out of Detroit knows that the best rye comes from the D. The rolls were fresh and really worked well. Give this place a shot!

After going three times and trying a few different subs, I can wholeheartedly recommend any of their turkey subs. The turkey is homemade and is pulled. It’s really good. Had the turkey sloppy joe sub, I can’t remember the name they give it. It was very good. Also had their cheese steak which was excellent. Recommend calling ahead to avoid the wait. I also recommend checking your order closely as the counter person doesn’t always listen to you and gives you the wrong sandwich. This happened to me two out of three times.

We’ve been there twice and loved it!!! Thee first visit we shared the cappistrami sandwich with the cole slaw on the side. It was some fantastic pastrami. Mind you, being from NJ I prefer my pastrami on rye with spicy mustard! No biggie! It was still an awesome sandwich. Next visit got their specialty sandwich which they are famous for. The Bobbie! Fresh roasted thanksgiving style turkey on a roll with stuffing, cranberry sauce and mayo. This is exactly what I make the day after thanksgiving!!! It was awesome! And their Philly cheesesteak was way better than Pat’s or Gino’s, which both suck, by the way! Sorry, Gino! RIP. Service was so friendly that I was a little uncomfortable. I can’t explain it. It was as if they were begging me to come back. They just wouldn’t stop talking. Maybe I was just crabby because I had someplace to be and they were holding me up. When I got to where I was going, I scarfed down a couple bites of the Bobbie and was in heaven! Will definitely be back! Just not until after thanksgiving!!!

A few months ago we stopped for a sandwich to share on the long trip back to the east coast of Florida. We didn’t know anything about Capriotti’s food other than it was open as we passed by. We ordered the Capistrami sandwich(smoky pastrami, melted Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and chopped fresh crunchy coleslaw on a long roll). It looked so good that as soon as we got back in the car we figured we’d each take a bite of the sandwich. Well, we wound up eating it all before we ever left their lot! It was so good I called them right after to thank them for the delicious food — I never called a sub shop to thank them for their food before but it was so good I felt compelled! So yesterday we were back on the west coast and you know we stopped at Capriotti’s on our way to I75! This time we were smart — we ordered a medium Capistrami(cold, with the cole slaw on the side since we weren’t going to heat it and eat it until we got back home) and a medium Bobbie(shredded turkey, stuffing, fresh cranberry sauce and mayo). The kitchen area is completely open and it’s very clean — after each sandwich is made the guy who mans the grill scrapes it down(there was another guest in the store when we ordered so I saw the guy do it after his sandwich was made and after he toasted our bread). The woman who runs the counter smiled broadly at us and was very appreciative of our business. They each took care to pack our food for the trip home and even wished us a safe drive! Both sandwiches were just terrific, albeit the Bobbie would be a million times tastier if it was made with a better stuffing — who yearns for Stove Top, seriously? The Capistrami blows other pastrami sandwiches away — sorry every deli in which I’ve ever dined. I wish my pics had taste and scent because you’d understand! It’s not even lunchtime yet and already I’m thinking about having the rest of my portion — unless hubby snagged it, which is a distinct possibility! It’s great to support businesses that offer great food and care — they are kind and make customers glad they are there. The next time we are on the west coast I am seriously thinking of ordering more than 2 sandwiches so I can freeze them!

I live in Las Vegas and there are dozens of Capriotti’s across Nevada. I was shocked to know that Florida has one Capriottio’s in the entire state and how fortunate for those living in Bonita Springs that it happens to be right here. It is more of a place that you would stop by, get your sandwiches and take them home, but they do have some tables inside and out. The Capistrami(hot pastrami, Swiss, Russian dressing and cole slaw on a bun!) is my personal favorite, but the Bobbie(homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo on a bun — it’s like Thanksgiving wrapped in bread!) is a worthy contender. A bit more pricey than a regular sub like Subway or Jersey Mikes, but taste and quality are far superior and worth the price.
