Awesome old time flavor hamburger. Only thing that could make it better is if the patties were hand formed from premium beef. Love the toasted bun… always makes the burger better. Friendly service and even sliced and wrapped the burger separately since we were splitting one for a late lunch today.

Without a doubt the BEST burger in the state of TEXAS. So might as well be the world. Customer service is far from good, it is incredible. Stop here every chance I get!!!

If you want a great cooked/​served by good guys, then Muddbones is the place for you. Great Old School burger with grilled onions. My husband likes the bacon burger.

Love this place. I’ve been here 3 times with different people and we all agree it’s the best burger we’ve had. Perfectly cooked with great great toasted buns. Can’t wait to go here again one day.

Sorry Mudbone fans, the burger was not as good as I hoped. My direct comparisons are Burger Land in Paris and Five Guys in McKinney. The meat was thinner and tasted on the cheaper side of ground beef, like bulk patties. The bread was ok but not very toasted and was oily like it had been brushed with butter but not cooked off.
The people there were awesome. Really personable, friendly and open. The location was also very cool. The roll up building sides for when the weather is nice is way cool.
I think by changing meat suppliers that Mudbones would jump an entire star for me.

Muddbones hamburgers are the best around. They bring back memories of burgers cooked at home. It is so refreshing to eat a real hamburger which is not fast food. They are never cooked ahead and are made to your order. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Prices are great. I would recommend Muddbones to anyone near or far.

I’ve never encountered such a fast talker… but his burgers speak for themselves. Simply awesome burgers made with tradition and quality products keeping all flavors original. Bacon was the best I’ve had on a burger. Highly recommend this place for those seeking the real deal!

I got a cheeseburger with jalapenos and a bag of chips with a Coke. The cheeseburger was great with one exception. Toasting the bun on both sides would’ve brought it to five stars, because the taste was there but the bun was a little soggy. I’ll still come here when i am in town and want a good burger.

Not sure how we would have found this place without Unilocal!It’s a short drive from the Bonham town square. The place is a former garage, open air at least at this time of year. They are not hurting for business but were not too crowded and the crowd was eclectic. The staff was jovial. We split the Old School burger, 2 bags of chips and 2 canned drinks for $ 9.00. Burgers are cooked fresh and the fixings are mostly diced, but crunchy and fresh. One of us thought the burger was average and one of us — the review writer — thought it was above average. Mixing those 2 opinions and adding the charming atmosphere of the garage setting, I feel comfortable with the 4-​star rating. We did miss having fries though! The bathroom is back through the kitchen and since we were on a road trip, we used it. I didn’t see room in there for a deep fryer, so I wouldn’t look for fries to be added to the menu any time soon!

we were visiting Bonham from DFW and the place looked interesting. Great traditional old fashioned burger. Grilled buns and a choice of cheese. I love the tax included pricing. Atmosphere is not much, communal tables in a garage, but everyone was so happy eating their greasy full of flavor burgers. I wish they had one in my town. Owners are Christians and give you a wonderful bible message on the back of the menu. Order takers were very friendly and joked that he was sorry he was about to ruin us from eating all other burgers and he was right.

After a long night at a bachelor party, came here and stuffed burgers in our face joyously. They were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
