Stumbled upon the 225 truck with my wife today when we went to get some local beef and eggs from kalon farm and what to my wonder did we see… A food truck and 8 happy reindeer. Shit just the truck! So we got our groceries and waited 15 minutes for the truck to open and I’m happy we did! We live in Bolton and always seem to 25 barbecue near our house but I’ve never actually been able to find it. So we were very excited when we found the truck and realized it was all local food from Massachusetts and also a local owner! We tried the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket sandwich and a side of baked beans with meat. All for 20 dollars! I truly feel as if it was a fair price and not the overpriced food you get from truck sometimes.(You know what screw it I’m changing this to five stars now because the food was good and the price was good). The owner and his family who are running the truck were very nice the food was very good priced well with drinks for only a dollar if you wanted them into options of homemade sauces. Me and my wife tried the typical KC sauce and we’re both fans. The only problem for the truck is that you had to stumble upon it on route 117 in Lancaster which makes it harder to find. Oh also tip to the owner put the forks outside the truck. I will definitely go back again if I have the chance and I can find it and you should too.
