This place has potential, but misses so many basic details of food service I can’t recommend it. Nice brick oven, great crust pizza, views of the slopes… but like they say in the NFL«the execution just wasn’t there.» Ordered one of their custom pies with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and cheese. Guy behind counter tells me they are out of spinach. Ok, fine. $ 21 for pie. They took my name so they could find me when my pizza is ready, «about 6 min.» I come back to the counter after 12 min with no pizza. It’s sitting behind the counter; they didn’t bring it to table. Pizza has fresh diced tomatoes instead of sun-dried tomatoes: «oh, we haven’t had sun-dried tomatoes all year.» Well then take it off your chalkboard menu; it takes 3 seconds. Or at least warn the person ordering that pizza. Okay, finally ready to eat my pizza, now short two of its key ingredients. «Oh, we don’t have any red pepper; our distributor ran out.» Really? I guess not surprising at this point…
