It’s not that big but not that small. They have usual stuff. Not so crowded. Their organic selection is not so good. So far I sound pretty negative but it’s just ok.

I love it because it’s close and cheap. I hate it because I find expired food ALLTHETIME. If they could just get some better quality control, it’d be A-Okay.

Nice neat clean small grocery store. The produce is fresh. The shelves are well-stocked, as most commissaries are. It seems like a smaller square footage, but they’ve made good use of the floorspace. They have earlybird hours where you can shop if you have I think it’s 20 items or less and that starts at like 0700 or 0730. Commissaries will always have better prices on most items than you’ll find at an off-base grocery store. Your fruits, vegetables and meats are usually better if you get them elsewhere although still cheaper here. The choice is yours. Oh, and for you slowpokes, if you don’t know how to use the self check out stations, just go through the express line and let them check you out. Dang! Scan those Fritos and let’s move it along!

Worst commissary I ever been to. Food not always fresh. Worst baggers ever. Rude and talk smack in filipino if you don’t tip. They need to open the dang self check out always so that we don’t have to put up with that bs. I’m young enough to bag my own stuff and don’t need some grumpy old nasty dudes doing me afavor. Not my fault they wanted this job.

It’s a supermarket stuck in the 70’s. prices are cheaper than anywhere else in SWDC. Decent selection of items. Was extremely busy this weekend due to the Super Bowl and its payday. Your not gonna find the best service there, half the people there do not want to be there. But unless your buying meat or produce you shouldn’t need any help unless there is a pricing issue. I don’t have any problems with the place. I purchased sirloin steaks for a recipe I was gonna make for the Super Bowl on Saturday. I open up the package around 2pm on Sunday and the back side of the meat is gray. All of it. The sold by date was Feb 4th. Waste of 5 dollars. I hope this just a one time occurrence, hate to drive to Andrews for meat and produce. They refunded my purchase. Since going back I have gotten chicken from Perdue/Tyson and never ran into any problems. I have also bought all types of meats and never encountered a problem.

Saw mice running across the floor in produce section. The food quality is poor and shelves are hardly stocked. Won’t ever go back.

Worst. Baggers. Ever. Talk about your rude people… until they’re 10 feet from your car and start chatting you up because they want a big tip.

Good prices. I wish we could put our groceries away ourselves though. It kinda sucks when you don’t have cash on you to tip the vets who help put the groceries away.

The real deal is the bulk items and tobacco. The meat and the deli is pretty good and oh so many cheeses.
