If I could give ZERO stars I would! This hotel was the ABSOLUTEWRONGCHOICE beginning with the check in. Long story short, within 3 minutes of being in our room, we noticed BEDBUGS. we IMMEDIATELY left the room to go to tell the lady at the desk that I want a refund and that we are leaving. She said because I booked online that I need to call the 800 number. I did and was told that the HOTEL needs to refund my money because they are the ones who took it out. Pissed off, I called the hotel back to get my damn money. There is NO managers there on the weekend. Only Monday through Friday & nothing can be done until Monday. The desk clerk said she can’t call the manager because she will get yelled at. I am writing a letter to corporate because on poor service. I intend on getting my refund back on Monday and not a day later. Lastly, I am going to let the world know how unprofessional this hotel is.

It was ok. Besides the«Fisher Price» breakfast, moldy smelling 2nd floor, dysfunctional and out of service vending machines, small bathrooms, touch n wipe cleaning ladies, here-n-there WiFi, the 1980s retro décor, and the normal cannabis floating aroma… If you’re not looking for much, this is the place for you.

Poor! Maids took only muffins they had in their limited breakfast. Room smelled, and old. Toilet made noise all night and bathroom light didn’t work. Ramadan«limited» for certain.
