I didn’t ‘love’ what he did otherwise I wouldn’t have asked for a refund. Second no other employee was in the building most all the lights were off and he was blasting creepy music (people were moaning and screaming). I was really uncomfortable. Don’t tell me how I should feel about a service that was given to me. I am a customer and you should have taken the time to acknowledge and help. When people go to a restaurant and get bad food they do not want a free meal they want their money back. Same principle here. If I would have been aware of master v. junior then I would have obviously paid more money for the service. I still have the pictures my hair was horrible and to top it off it was my birthday.

I had my hair cut in January and it was the worst cut of my life! I go to another stylist every three-​four weeks to have my bangs cleaned up, but she cannot do anything else. There are huge CHUNKS and it looks like a mullet. When I was there I felt the place was dirty and pretty unprofessional. This was done by a «Master Stylist» so I can only imagine the quality of work done by junior or other stylists.
I know it’s only hair and it will grow back, but I get sick to my stomach every time I look in the mirror at my hair.

Best place ever to get your hair and eyebrows done!, theyre highly educated stylists give the most modern up to date cuts and color. They also do extensions, feathers, perm, and non harsh chemical straighteners, a true experience! Me and my friends went there and each had a different stylist any stylist you have there you are in awesome hands!

This place was great! The salon had a relaxed and comfortable feel. Kristi did an amazing job cutting my hair, and I will be back next time I’m in town.
