The good, the bad, and the ugly
The good: The prices a affordable, especially if you have a teenager. The students have always been great. The training has to be decent because they tend to be consistent with services.
The bad: The front desk, is poorly ran and could use some customer service training. More than once I have stood waiting to be acknowledged or had to wait for them to stop texting or interacting with a loitering student.
The Ugly: The supervising instructors are consistently rude. If you press them or inquire with more questions about what they are doing they come back with a snide remark instead of working to be on the same page. I’ve seen instructors talk down to students in front of patrons, argue with customers the works.
All and all worth the experience for the price but management should look into customer service service training for the staff.

Out with the old dingy Q cut places with stylist as old as the faded wallpaper décor. Lets not forget they are usually filled with senior customers who want to talk for hours.
Out with the over priced «sport clip» type places where the girls pretend they know about sports to get a better tip. (Ladies sports is like make-​up, you would know if a guy is pretending to know about it lol)
I found Toni & Guy and it fits me to a tee, I love that I am in and out! The décor is modern, the music is from this age, and an extra bonus is the stylist are hot. Such a fun place to get a haircut if you are a guy because on Tuesdays it is completely free! How can you beat getting your hair cut fast, comfortably, free, and by a pretty girl? YOU CAN’T! Now you can see why this place rocks and why I recommend you to get your next cut here.

I asked them to get rid of my roots. Neither the student or the instructor pulled my hair out of its bun before making a decision on hair color. After 2.5 hours of just foiling it was obvious they had failed the task. They told me if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay an additional 10 to 15 dollars because I needed to pay for the product. This was on top of the $ 30 I had to pay for the horrible job they did. Never ever going back there!

Very professional and I went in on a Tuesday and they said «Tuesday is men’s free cut day». WOW that was cool. Shelie was awesome. It is a school, but they did great.

Toni & Guy, was an awesome experience! I went in for a hair cut and the staff and students were very professional. For the $$ it was a great deal. I couldn’t believe the school layout and high end finish, one of the cleanest and well designed business that I’ve been Into.
