Subway

We frequent this location quite often. And the reason we keep coming back is the exceptional service. Today on the other hand was a whole new experience. The young woman beglhind the counter was rude and unfortunately unprofessional. My husband is always polite and she just would not even reciprocate. I had to repeat my order twice, she still failed to add extra cheese as I asked and my husband asked for his sandwich to be toasted and again had to remind her. Unfortunately I couldn’t get her name because she wore a name tag with no name and when my husband asked her name she just said I have a name just didn’t want to wear it. She really needs customer service training. If she is there next time, I will not be buying a sandwich.

I can’t, I’m good conscious, give this place a better rating. It was delicious, but the single employee seemed both over worked and somewhat flustered. He made the poor woman ahead of us wait through three sandwiches to pay.

Love the subway. Just annoying to get there with traffic. It’s not at a light so it makes it difficult to take a left. Great food and service though.

Love the subway melt. Also girl that works at this location makes sandwiches very fast to keep the line short.

Stopped in the other night for a couple of sandwiches and it was a great experience. The young man and lady working treated us great, very nice and friendly and make us a great sandwich and salad. They should give those to a raise and have them offer subway customer service training. Good job, thank you very much.
