Wow, I am amazed at what resulted from our interaction with Impact Wireless, who I believe has now moved to Emerald Street in Boise(according to their website). I brought my senior citizen-aged parents into the store to get a new cell phone in 2014. We were there for over an hour and it was not a smooth process. While we were there they asked if they wanted insurance on their phone, we told them NO. Impact Wireless/Sprint employees recommended setting up an account at a local credit union which would then provide the parents with a ten percent discount. They said to set up the account, bring them the proof, and they would apply It to the bill. The parents did as suggested, drove to the credit union, set up the account, and physically delivered the proof back to the employees at Impact Wireless/Sprint who said they would take care of it. Fast forward over a year to my looking at the bill they brought out(I realize they had been paying it without noticing these things for well over a year). They were being charged $ 9.00 for insurance under the«total equipment protection» fee and had NEVER received their discount. That amounted to $ 14.00 in monthly overcharges for well over a year. In the parents’ defense, they were confused by the wording on the bill and trusted the discount had already been included. Buyer Beware. I would triple check anything and everything on your bill.

I went here after going to RadioShack to see about a new cell phone. I had asked a few questions to the RadioShack person & my gut was telling me he was just making stuff up. Sure enough, I got the real answers from the person helping me at this store. was off-line & I knew that and even though it wasn’t this franchise’s problem, they offered to give us an additional gadget for our trouble. Sure enough, as soon as was back up, they called us & had my new phone ready.
