VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! This place is unreal with the warranty. Ya like ALL stores they are nice at time of purchase. But this location THE MANAGER ‘JUNE was. Unreal .

Are just a few words to describe her and the treatment. I had a pair of $ 275 boots they have kept falling apart. Last year i used them for less than 2 months. Took them back and they made me pay $ 150 for the same new pair. Well a year later they are falling apart again. She said she cant keep giving me free boots… SINCE WHEN WAS PAYING $ 150 to swap them out free???
I actually bought a pair of $ 45 gloves just last week also. I give them ALOT of business. I have over 45 employees and out of that around 35 wear red wings…
I bought a new par of DANNER S today in replace of the cruddy red wings…
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FOR ME OF MY GUYS RED WINGS AGAIN… I SUGGEST YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR SHOES!!!
Believe me, if you have problems they will not help you out. Just a word of warning.

I VOTE the MANAGER JUNE, THE WORST customer service person in the industry!!!

Tons of work shoes & boots for the guy and even some for the girl. There really isn’t much that can be said, they are beautiful boots and have a reputation for being impeccably made. Red Wing has now branched out into making more fashion forward foot wear for men, so it’s not just work boots to work in, they also have work boots to be seen in as well. Red Wings are also pretty pricey, so I am not sure how the average worker could afford a pair of their work boots. It’s a smaller store so it didn’t look like every shoe in each collection was available at this location. I would say if you are a fan of their line then take a second to browse the shop. It did smell overwhelmingly of leather, all though it is a shoe store full of shoes made of leather, but I had a hard time breathing.
