Pizza Hut

Worst pizza I’ve ever had! The dough was RAW and floppy, and for some reason under the pizza was bathed in oil making the pizza floppy and nasty. The whole thing wasn’t cooked right or enough! I’ve only eaten here 3 times and all three times are the same, no wonder the inside was completely empty!

This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I ordered online, picked it up, and it smelled bad– like burnt cardboard.
When I opened it up, it had a thin film of cheese, very little, and virtually no sauce at all. I had ordered it light sauce–
I ate two pieces and threw the rest away. Don’t waste your time and money here.

That was a very disappointing pizza. It was delivered very timely but it must have been somebody else’s who forgot to pick it up. It was cardboard. Dry and cold.

The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the poor employee that brought us our pizza. The one who took our order at the register was very rude. We sat down, and the guy from the back that brought us our pizza asked if we needed anything else, like more wet napkins or sauce. We said sure we’d love some ranch, and the other guy (the rude one from the register) yelled from across the dining room «That stuff isn’t free! Are you going to pay the 64 cents?!?» to the polite employee. So unprofessional and uncalled for.
I felt so sorry for the guy that was trying to be nice to us. He looked like he hated his job, and I would too if I had to work with that other guy. So embarrassing. I work in customer service and I know how important it is to give a good impression. There was nothing redeeming about my experience other than the guy who brought the pizza.

I’ve been here once and was blown away by the service– very nice people and great pizza. I cant say enough about how polite the workers were– not what i was expecting from Pizza Hut.
