Ken at Paradigm was very professional. They showed up the day they said they would, tore off 26 squares from my roof, re-​roofed it a few days later with a 50 year roof, and cleaned up the premises. I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them.

I’ve worked with PRG on multiple residential and commercial roofing projects over the last few years as their supplier of materials, and I can tell you that you’re in great hands with this company. I get to interact on some level with most of the roofing contractors in the valley, and just like any trade you’re going to have a range of professionalism, follow through, skill and integrity. Paradigm Roofing Group ranks among the best in all of these categories. I would trust them with my own home, and am very comfortable recommending them to you if you’re in the market for a roofer. Just as an aside, for any work you’re going to have done on your home, getting bids is good, but if you really want to know who the quality contractors are without the fluff… call the suppliers of materials and ask for references, then ask about who you’re considering.

My experience with Josh and Brandy (et al) at Paradigm was beyond positive from my very first contact with them. They are professional, pay attention to detail, and their follow-​through is exemplary. Our house is in a historic district of Boise and Paradigm handled navigating the maze of permitting and historic district certificate of appropriateness process with the city without needing to involve me. Poof! It was done. They kept the worksite tidy (re-​roofing is a messy business) and the job was done on time and it beautiful! They have transformed what was a cute, but ordinary house, into a charmer!
I won’t need a new roof again for a long time, but if I buy another house that needs a roof, I will ONLY use Paradigm. Plus, they are the kind of people you want to hang out with because they are cool.

My husband was driving by a home and saw Joshua working on their windows. He noticed that he was very meticulous and his attention to detail was very good. He knocked on the lady’s door later and asked her if she was happy with Joshua’s work. She replied yes and has him coming quarterly. Since we had not had our windows done in eons and were full of bird doodoo we gave him a call. He came out to give us a quote, which was very reasonable and came in under most others. So we had him come do our windows. He did an amazing job, especially on a particular window near a bird feeder that we have never been able to get clean ourselves. He did the screens and also the inside windows. Every one of them were so sparkly! He has his own unique cleaner formula that worked wonders. He is very professional and polite and nice to talk to. We are completely happy with his service and would highly reccomend him to anyone. Thanks Josh!
