A great find in beautiful Boise! Over 30 varieties of olive oils and vinegars to try before you buy! The owner, Joyce, is very knowledgable and welcoming! Flavors and varieties change while the most popular stay the same. A fun experience while exploring downtown Boise!

I travel to boise at least once a month. I go to Andy’s Deli at least once a visit if not more. Their salads are big and yummy. At home i got to an EVOO store and make my own dressing… So i thought… since i pass this place every time i’m in boise, let’s check it out and get my own stash of evoo and balsamic vinegars and just keep it at the office. So i did just that!
I popped in and chatted with the owner. She was fabulous! She helped me pick what i wanted! I normally go for scicilian lemon balsamic and garlic evoo… She suggested a different balsamic and it was absolutely lovely! I almost can’t wait to get back to work to have another salad and enjoy it!
I look forward to getting different flavors and enjoying more salads!
Pro tip: you can try any and all flavors! And you don’t do it with bread! Just a little sip from a little cup! Num num!
