We rolled in with 11 people around lunch time and they were quick to arrange great seating for us. Our waitress was kind and attentive, food came out in a timely fashion. Family LOVED the food. Kudos for a great afternoon, Flatbread!

I’ve been to this place twice. I find it good and inexpensive. I’ve had the lasagna, pizza and flatbread. My favorite is an arugula salad.

Flatbread is good every time I go. I’ve been going to the Meridian location since they opened and the Boise location as well. On my recent visit, I went with a large group of people, about 14 at happy hour. They also had a group of about 50 from the Boise Young Professionals in the restaurant at the same time, along with the normal crowd. The service was impeccable. Our waitress was timely, always present it seemed and never got flustered. The food here is always good. When I first started going here my daughter who was about five or six at the time fell in love because she got to prepare her own pizza and watch it cook in the wood fired pizza oven and got a piping hot chocolate chip cookie at the end. She still loves to make her own pizza here all these years alter. Virtually every pizza here is good. The happy hour specials are the best way to try all the pizzas as you can get a small flatbread of any of the pizzas and cocktails and wine are half off. You’ll never be sorry you came here and you’ll love the smell of pizza cooking in a wood fired oven, it never gets old. Highly recommended!

Great service. My pizza came out a bit undercooked I felt and my server Abby took care of it an was happy to do so. Never fun sending a dish back but she was great. Salad was very good and was very fresh. Lunch special is a good value, atmosphere is good, and it’s in a nice building. I would return gladly.

From the earthy, wood décor to the fabulous choose two lunches, I heart Flatbread. Favorite salad: The Wedge. They’ve hit a near perfect balance with the bacon and the rich Gorgonzola cheese salad dressing. I don’t even mind the iceberg under it all. Makes it a classic wedge, and the subtle flavor of the greens lets the other flavors shine. I crave this salad often and have to venture in for a fix. Favorite pizza: Capicola, Sausage and Soppressata. If you like meat, this is the way to go. I believe the sausage is made in house and they leave enough space between meats to let the mozzarella have its day. Give it a go. Only complaint I have is that sometimes the crust can be a little too soft and soggy if you don’t down the pizza as soon as it hits the table.

I was in town for business and needed a quick bite. Great ambiance and fast service. Their lunch special was exactly what I wanted. Chose a small pizza and salad, came to $ 10.50. I like my pizza crust a little more cooked but it was okay. The only thing lacking in flavor was the sauce. The server was great.

Came in last night for drinks and appetizers with a friend. Happy hour prices were great! The ambiance was very nice, we got a little table with a great view of 8th St. We had a couple raspberry lemon drop cocktails, cups of tomato basil soup and the baked goat cheese appetizer and a pizzeta. Our waitress was quick and attentive. Plus we each got out of there for under 20 dollars each! I will be back for a date with my husband soon.(:

Came here on Halloween night. Pizza place is on the second floor of a new building in downtown, table was dirty from prior customer… yuck. The waiter was some nice young man who likes to engage with his customers, the two girls in the front were also engaging. Pizza cooker keeps to himself. Ordered some fancy drink on the menu and it was in a girls glass and pink drink with a weed in it. The sangria my partner ordered looked better. Next time I’ll go more mainstream. Whats up with all the wood on the walls, the pizza did not taste like it was wood cooked?

We got a few pizzas and salads. The caeser was good but small. Diavolo pizza was spicy and tasty. Pizza crust got a tad soggy, but was pretty good. Beer selection seemed decent, but i didn’t get a beer.

What a great experience. I was seated immediately as the lunch rush had just finished. I had an excellent server by the name of Brian. He was exceptionally attentive and personable throughout the experience. The restaurant was very clean. It took less than 5 min. For my hot food to come out after I ordered! I had the Rosemary Chicken sandwich and some of the most amazing Tomato Basil soup! I will ask for Brian(who only works mainly during lunch) everytime!

Flatbread has been one of my go-tos for gluten free pizza for years. The crust they use is light and crispy but not like cardboard. My favorite pizzas include the Alfredo the Great(chicken, white sauce, tomato, artichoke) and the Quatro(four cheeses, basil). Service is prompt and always friendly. Its a great place to go for lunch(the pick two is a great option for an affordable and filling lunch) and for dinner(casual but classy).

BOISE, ID: Happy to review this trendy little Boise chain with a couple locations. They have a Neapolitan Certificate of Origin/DOC designation, meaning they have the required imported oven to make the authentic style pizza. Ambience is trendy. Waitstaff is nice but not pushy. The pizza was good; had a Bianco and it was flavorful and satisfactory.

I really liked Flatbread. The venue was very pretty and the view was nice. I ordered the margherita pizza and it was perfect. We also had caprese and that was yummy too. Prices are reasonable. Service was awesome!

The pizza was great! They also have some great cocktails including an Italian style margarita. I would definitely recommend it! Also the view is great and is in a great location downtown.

I love their Italian wedge salad and dirty vodka martinis. I have been a big fan of Flatbread for many years(a roommate of mine worked there so I would always have the insider tips)! Needless to say, this spoiled me. Their«pick two» is a fabulous lunch option where you aren’t restricted to just one menu option. I really enjoy the consistency in their food preparation, serving the food in a timely manner and the fact that it is all very fresh and healthy. This is definitely one of my favorite hot spots!

We stopped in before a Steelheads game a few weeks back and wanted to grab a quick bite. Kind of odd, with it prime location, that we were the only table in there– but I’m not complaining. Pizza was awesome, service was great and we were in and out in enough time to see the puck drop.

My company sometimes make the orders through their to-go service for our day-long meetings. And the pizza will arrive in piles of stack boxes with salad altogether. Then we will all lineup for the fresh pick. I love take turns open up each boxes and pretend searching for the perfect slice. But actually was just enjoying seeing the varieties: D I had my first flatbread on their old location. Where I can sit next to the oven and watch the cook flipping pizzas. Somehow it reminds me the old fashion fireplace that has a chimney goes all the way to the top of the roof. The new location is nicer. But I miss that feeling. Anyway, they are a well known pizza company in town.

Cool and unique place in Downtown. Went here for a wedding rehearsal dinner and they did an excellent job with our big party. My drink was always refilled and the food was delivered quickly and there was plenty of it! All of their appetizers and pizzas were super delicious. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. We had a nice private area set off on the side of the restaurant too. They have a full bar and an awesomely large pizza oven where they woodfire all of their pizza. Prices are reasonable. My friend and I were picked up out front due to the 15 degree weather so I’m not sure how parking works but I think there’s a structure nearby and you can get parking validated. I’m happy this building in Downtown was accessible too(elevator and escalator) as that’s not always the case. One of the best meals I had on my trip to Boise!

The pizza here, baked in a wood-burning oven, is superb. They adhere to standards from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana of Naples, ensuring the quality of ingredients and traditions from Italy. I recommend the capicola, Italian sausage and Sopressa pizza. Two of those three meats are rarely found in the West. They’re some of the best Italian products. The staff is friendly and attentive and the views are nice from the Zions Bank Building. Ask them to open the sliding windows.
