Went to order the asparagus mushroom egg sandwich and the lady said they’re a out of mushroom, so I ordered a tasty turkey. Then I ordered a vanilla hazelnut latte, sorry, the espresso machine is broken, ugh. It’s like a game and I’m losing. I got the blackberry lemonade. They need to work on keeping things they offer in stock, otherwise I’m feeling like its a bait and switch tactic. The tasty turkey was pretty tasty though. And the staff was nice.

Rude, slow service. Cannot answer basic questions like«Do you have real butter?» Other than«I don’t know».

I saw the espresso machine, so I stopped for an iced vanilla latte. It tasted exactly like the crap they serve at McDonalds and gas stations — premixed, full of palm oil and artificial flavor. It was a total disappointment. They also had a very low selection of the baked goods I came to love at Einstein’s in Austin, so we didn’t get anything.

At the airport bright and early to catch a flight, luckily there is an awesome place to grab a quick bite! The gentleman that helped me was very friendly, especially for it not even being 6am yet. He was quick, too, which I’m sure a lot of folks appreciate at the airport. Just got a standard chocolate chip bagel, toasted, with butter, but it hit the spot!

Got a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese before my flight. The bagel was small, and the cream cheese was a little light. However it tasted fine and was toasted to an appropriate level. The staff was friendly and efficient.

This was the greatest bagel I have ever had, without a doubt. They make their bagels fresh everyday and it shows! The bagel was fresh, crisp, and warm. I had only planned on eating half the bagel but it was so good I had to finish it. I’ve been on a bagel kick after my experience here but everything is a disappointment compared to the bagel I had here. The staff was very polite and lively. Especially for six in the morning. Do your self a favor and get breakfast at Einstein bagels!

My god. I have never encountered more confused employees in my life. Had to walk away from the counter because they took so long making my sandwich. The single employee making the sandwiches couldn’t figure out what I meant by wanting my sandwich Hot and took an insane amount of time just getting the cheese peeled apart. Didn’t even get a refund.

I travel for a living and am at the airport multiple times per month and I buy coffee every time I fly out. I decided to try Einsteins. I was not impressed. I asked for a skinny latte with sugar free caramel. The guy said OK, that’s one caramel machiato. I told the guy that I wanted a skinny latte and he said they were the same. I said they weren’t but the guy was not going to budge so I just said fine and asked for it skinny. What I got was not skinny and covered in whip cream and caramel. Needless to say, I will be walking by Einsteins on my way to the other coffee shop when I travel out of the Boise airport.

Pretty decent place given that the airport doesn’t have a full service restaurant. To be honest, i coyld have made my own flatbread pizza for a fraction of the cost. But what do you do when traveling? The buffalo chicken and Bacon flatbread was really tasty. The bottom could have been crisper but overall it was good. Just the price of $ 10 was the negative.

I had to leave early this morning to go to Los Angeles. I knew that the Boise airport was going through some concession changes and was wondering what was waiting for me. The last time I flew out, there was a McDonalds, and coffee place further down the terminal. I had a great experience at Einstein’s this morning. I remember Einstein’s when they were a part of the Boston Market group many years ago. I do enjoy Blue Sky, in Boise from time and time, but it was a treat to see Einsteins for my sleepy eyes. I was pleasantly greeted by Alyssa, the cashier. She was friendly, perky but not overbearing. She made conversation about my sunglasses. I ordered the Egg and Applewood smoked bacon on an Everything bagel with a drink. The staff kept busy even with the lull between passengers. A gentleman was calling out the names for the orders and wishing them a nice day. One employee had a hard time, not the gentleman, with one of the customer’s name, the gentleman employee recognized it and said, Carmichael, like Laverne and Shirley. It was funny for me, maybe the younger passengers didn’t get it, but it was very personable. Now on to the bagel. The bagel and its ingredients were hot. The bagel itself was toasted evenly and the everything seeds were crunchy and tasty. The egg and bacon were good. I thought perhaps that just a tad of butter of something, on the bagel with its ingredients may of held it better. The bagel came cut in half, and for sleepy eyed traveler, my ingredients slid out of their seeded enclosure and into my napkin. No worries, like humpty dumpty, I put everything back together again. There’s quite of different offerings as well. I want to try the Veggie wrap next time. So when in the airport, don’t get discouraged, get over to Einstein’s It’s the smart move.
