Horrible business!!! Called this company to fix my pool cover. Lori quoted me $ 410.05 for new ropes and pullies. When the bill came it was $ 497.98. Steve (owner) said Lori would have never quoted something over the phone. Got news for you Steve, she did and that was the price. Nonetheless, I paid it. The service guys damaged the moulding pieces and some of the glass tiles, and did not install the pullies that Lori quoted me for. She said, «We always install ropes and pullies together!» The guys came out and installed the pullies at a later date. They did a horrible job adjusting the cover and it would not close properly and rubbed in several areas. Steve again sent another crew out to fix what the other crew messed up! I complained about the broken mouldings and Steve told me, «they were brittle, that’s why they broke, that’ll be about $ 230 to replace.» Frustrated, I agreed! Well, someone forgot to order the parts! Now 2 weeks later, they came to install the parts. Today I received a bill! They charged me $ 339.36 for the pullies that were supposed to be included originally, and $ 464.09 for the moldings that THEY broke, which Steve told me they would be $ 230!!!
This company has some real issues! I will never use them again and let everyone know of my experience! They brag about how long they have been in business; that is no indication of quality of service. They have been out to my house 5 times for this pool cover issue, which if they were on the ball, should have been only 1 – 2 service calls. There is never an apology or willingness to adjust the price, just excuses and more bills; They just keep charging more and more! Do yourself a favor and use another company!

Do not use this company! They did not show up when they were supposed to, did not return my call when they promised, and made unauthorized charges to my credit card.
