Alpha Ecological Pest Control

I called Alpha in approximately April, 2014 during an ant invasion. thanks, ants, actually, as we discovered other problems as well. I was seeking the least toxic methods possible. It has primarily been technician Aaron Davis who does a thorough inspection and treatment every two months now, including wiggling down into a tight crawl space, climbing over a patio wall or squeezing into a tight garage. There are occasional substitutes or employees in training who arrive or accompany Aaron, each as polite and careful as Aaron. He especially went to extensive trouble to clean and plug problems in the crawl space, complete with photos. So, during this year and a half, I have literally seen one or two ants in the house and just two or three treatments eradicated them in the garage. Now, it’s maintenance, and I will continue to have Alpha as long as service has been as GREAT as it has been. Zero problems with customer service. Phones are answered or calls or texts are returned by Central or by Aaron. Love critters, but they can’t live in the house with us. Highly recommend.

I used Alpha Ecological every quarter for five years (always paid on time too). First, in the five years I was with them I always appreciated the gentleman who serviced our home. However, after my experience today I do not recommend Alpha Ecological as this company prizes their policy and employees over their customers.
In the past if a treatment didn’t feel like it was effective, I had a free re-​treat. In addition, my technician always told me that if I needed a retreat to just give them a call and he would come back out at no charge. Today, I called for the second time in five years to have a free re-​treat. The customer service representative (local phone number that connects to Washington State) was adamant that they didn’t do free re-​treats, I disagreed as I have had it done before. The customer service agent was rude and self-​righteous. The service manager decided that it was best to lose me as a customer rather than come out and re-​treat. This is a company that does not put their customer first. I would try a company that is owned locally.
