Love this store. I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. Prices are good and food is fresh and often loca. like the huckleberry wine or any number of random items you wouldn’t think of. Thanks Joe.

This is not one of the new, or recently remodeled Albertsons stores in the Treasure Valley. But for all the cosmetic panache it lacks, the employees make up for. I’ve had nothing but welcoming and helpful service from the folks at this store. From Julie and Cody (and others) at the Butcher Block, to Lisa and John in the checkstands, to Liz at the Coffee Bar and Mariah in Customer Service. I never feel rushed, like I’m an inconvenience (even when I have trouble using my coupons) or like my business is not valued.
The one minor issue I’ve had is the one time I placed a raincheck– no one ever called me to tell me the item I was waiting for was in.

This one visit seals it for me. This store’s customer service is excellent. We bought two pounds of hamburger, among other things, for a family barbecue. Grabbing our sacks of groceries out of the cart and heading to the parking lot, we failed to notice that the hamburger packages had slid out of the sack, remaining in the cart.
We arrived at home and realized we had no meat. Despairing of any recourse save buying two more pounds of hamburger, we returned to the store.
The customer service representative listened to our tale of woe, glanced at our receipt, tracked down the clerk who checked us out, confirmed finding two unclaimed packages of hamburger and asked a bagger to fetch them for us. Happy ending!
Well done, Albertsons!
