when they came out to jump my motor home the hooked it up wrong and it shorted out my electrical system and cost me 500 bucks to get it running. then the guy lied to his boss to save his job. BAD COMPANY, DO NOT CALL ABYSS FOR ANY REASON

Our experience was outstanding with this company, namely the tow truck driver, Randy. He showed up at 7:30 AM on a cold, cold morning in Boise knowing he did not have the right equipment for towing our vehicle but was gracious enough to provide us a warm truck to sit in, for 2 ½ hours, until the insurance company finally got the right equipment to tow our truck and camper. This kind of service is unheard of these days and was greatly appreciated! Keep up the great service!
