Atlantis Custom Pools

I have used this pool company on numerous occasions. They have opened my pool at the beginning of a season, replaced parts that have gone bad with my system, helped me in a pinch to clear things up and get the pool operating at an optimum level when I was having company or just answering questions. The owner Ross has been here as well as two other men that work for him. Each person acting professionally and quickly to alleviate any problem I was having.
I will continue to use them and refer other people to do the same.

Worst pool company. Owner, Ross Poxon, is foul mouthed and dishonest. Received outlandish estimate for modest in-​ground pool. When we mentioned that his estimate was nearly 1.5 times larger than two other companies, he laughed and said that’s the way he does business.
Tried to flirt with my wife and I found out from an employee that he has had several extramarital affairs. Called our house late at night for several weeks trying to get to talk with my wife. Classless and vile. Beware. Found out he operates another pool company (Clearwater) offering discounts for exact same pool service at twice the price. He also sells or quality wood pellets under LI PELLET FUEL name.
Do not use the pool service. They also operate under another company name and offer discounts for same service.
