The Ranch At Cibolo Creek

Don’t move here. I just moved out and couldn’t wait to leave. Management are watch dogs, you can’t have ANYTHING on Your patio. Unfriendly staff, and when you move out you don’t get deposit back. They make up stuff to take your money. STAY FAR AWAY

Our family of five moved into the Ranch at Cibolo Creek apartments impressed with exterior design and interior layout. After living in the complex for a year we left and have a lot to say about this place. It’s poorly constructed. When we first arrived, the floors had not been sealed and they wanted us to seal them ourselves. We refused to do the labor ourselves so they did it, but missed a few large spots.
In our son’s room we had to request that an AC vent be installed. They did this as well but left the clean up of sheet rock and dust for us to do.
The female manager accused our 10 year old daughter of carving the f– word on an apartment wall.
The Seahag neighbor living below us complained to female mngr that we were making too much noise and called the police on us while we were asleep at 12 midnight, so the mngr gave us a lease violation.
Mud, litter, a dead animal, sidewalk muck were never disposed of for the entire year we were there. Never once were the stairs or sidewalks power washed to remove the accumulated muck and grime. The «maintenance» guy is super nice but what does he do???
The females managing the apartments are completely incompetent and dislike children. Most of our neighbors had unpleasant interactions with them.
We tried to report these issues to their corporate office, United Apartment Group, but never received a return call.
At the end of our year’s lease we and many of our fellow residents moved out feel angry and glad to get out of that hell hole.
While looking to move in to these apartments, if you see a piece of garbage or mud smeared on the side of the wall it has been there for at least a year and will probably still be there when you move out.
