This company is the worst. The owner stole over $ 3,000 from us. He said he would refund part of our money but never did. Now he will not answer or return our calls. We plan to file a police report against the owner.

Charged us $ 651 to clean coils on air conditioner… changed out a $ 20 part. We later found that the job was a $ 150 job.
Initially he said $ 850 and then acted like he made a phone call and dropped to $ 651. We fell for it.
Also tried to tell us our 7 year old unit needed to be replaced…
But oh well, they gave us a five year warranty so I guess we are stuck… would not recommend them.

These people are crooks! They took $ 8050.00 from us as PREPAYMENT for an air conditioning unit and when we decided to cancel their services due to very poor customer service and overpricing they refused to refund our money. We have had to file police reports and retain a lawyer. We tried to contact the owners to resolve this issue and we were told «to take them to court». So now we are without air conditioning and out our $ 8050.00. This will be an on going battle for us but wanted to write this review to hopefully save other people from being taken advantage of.
