I took my watch in for an estimate for a new band since mine was worn. When I went back in to check on it, they had replaced it with an expensive band and wanted to charge me a ridiculous price. I asked for my old band back and they said they threw it away and I had to pay for this new one if I wanted my watch back. They took the new band off and gave it to me only after I threatened to call the sheriff. Do not use this company! Shocked and appalled is all I have to say!

I hesitated to take my diamond solitaire in for resizing, and a wedding band for polishing and engraving, based on the less than flattering reviews left below.
My experience was pretty much the opposite. Great service, good craftsmanship, good communication, and very reasonable prices. I was extremely satisfied, and would have no qualms about recommending Boerne Jewelers to my friends.

I took gold earrings in for the post to be fixed on one of them. They totally dented the gold and would not admit to doing it! How unprofessional and dishonest. They ruined my favorite earrings ! We threw the $ 10 (ridiculous fee for 5 min) he wanted for the «repair» and left frustrated BEWARE

Upon first consultation the owner told me my watch would be ready within one week of dropping off. I came to pick it up on Friday and it wasn’t done then I came back again on Monday and it still wasn’t done. He then informs me that it’s going to take two more weeks to get it done thanks for ruining my Christmas present!
