My family and I went into this store on Sunday, March 16, 2014. Our experience was horrible. We were treated like 2nd class citizens that they had no time to waste on. I think we would have respected them more if they simply asked us to leave. They had no desire to help us or even give us any options. We went to this location because we had a good experience with Cavender Chevrolet, right next door to these guys, but this Ancira dealership didn’t even come close. Now I remember why I’ve never purchased a car from any Ancira dealership.
