Brought my shattered iPad in and two hours later it was fixed and looks like new! Great service, very happy with their work.

I called to see if I could bring in my computer because it was very slow even after reformatting it. I spoke to mark and he was so helpful. He cleaned out all the dust on my computer, played a couple of my games I said I was having lagging on and said everything was fine. I later discovered it was my internet that was causing the lag (att). Had such a nice experience and mark really didn’t even want to charge me. Also, he said if he couldn’t help he had a number I could call and take my computer to. Really happy I called :)

I was extremely pleased with the service at uBreakifix. My cell phone was repaired and was ready when I was told it would be. They did a fantastic job. I am happy that I found them.

I took my iPhone 6 to get repaired after the screen had completely shattered. It took them no more than 45 minutes to «repair it,» which was impressive.
But the next day I realized that the screen didn’t look how it was supposed to… When I swiped down to see my notifications, I could see the background of the game «2048» (Very random, since I wasn’t even playing it). Then, the sound from the speakers would fade away for no reason, the pictures with the front camera were very blurry, and sometimes the keyboard didn’t work properly… For example, I would want to type a letter and it typed a different one which was on the other side of the keyboard completely. And these were only some of the problems I was having… I could go on…
Clearly, I do not recommend this place.

I came here about a while ago when i cracked both front and back of my iphone. They assured me the warranty would not be voided because they use «legit» apple accessories to fix the phone. Before my phone was even ready they asked me to write a review for a free screen guard I blindly obliged. A few weeks later my phone broke again and i decided to go to apple to get it fixed. I brought in my phone they took it in the back and opened it, I assume to look for water damage, the apple employee comes back and asks me if i had the phone fixed somewhere else, I asked why he then showed me the iphone insides which were stamped in Chinese and exclaims my warranty is void due to this issue. The «kids» working there blatantly lied to my face and when I returned telling them my situation they said theres nothing they can do. Horrible place take your business else where especially if you have an i device!

Update: I am downgrading my original review to 2 stars. My iPad air glass was replaced with a non-​apple glass that added substantial weight. Now my Air feels like a first-​gen iPad… so much heavier! So much so that I can no longer call it an iPad air. i now call it my «iPad go nowhere». This is something ubreakifix should have explained before the repair. I would have forked over the extra cost to have Apple repair it properly.
Original review: My cat kicked my iPad off a very high bar and onto the hard stone floor it went! Completely shattered the screen. Kitty was almost thrown into the pool! Went online to check out UbreakIfix (such a great name, it was burned into my memory the first time I passed the store). Great easy to navigate website with specific pricing for my ipad screen replacement. I then checked Apple’s price which was twice the Ubreakifix cost… about the cost of a brand new iPad Air). I decided to bring it right down the street to UBreakIfix. Service was quick and professional. Now Kitty gets to stay dry.

Great service at GREAT prices! After receiving the brush off from Best Buy (you need an appointment to speak with someone at the store re: repairs) and an estimate of between $ 300 – 350 to replace a mouse key on my laptop, took my laptop in to these folks and they repaired it for $ 79!!.Two lessons here: Stay as far away from Best Buy as you can with a hardware repair, and (2) Take your repairs to these folks.

Checked out prices online first, dropped off iPhone to fix power button and picked up next day (did not have part in stock). Easy transaction.

Came here to fix my xbox when it got red ring. Although it was unrepairable, they did everything possible to fix it. Super nice guy. I’ll definitely come here if I ever need a repair.
