I was here for fingerprinting today and I have to say, the customer service that I witnessed was exceptional! The man and woman working today (I’m guessing they are the owners) made sure that all of their customers were being greeted and helped. I wish more people were as friendly and polite as they were. It’s rare to find such great service in Boca. I will be coming back for my mailing needs.

If you’re interested in starting a business and want learn how to treat your customers then visit this privately owned business. This gentlemen owner is courteous, friendly and efficient. It was such a pleasant experience for such a mundane task, (mailing stuff).
This is my second time here with the same great experience. I had to stop and write this to give them the shout out they deserve.
And one last thing, it was 100% genuine.

Exceptional! It was Saturday afternoon. Our flight was leaving the airport the next morning. How would we get all our vacation purchases sent home?
Checking the internet, we found this location to be the only shipping place open late Saturday. We called and said we were on the way. Arriving 10 minutes after closing time, Mac (the owner) helped us get our shipment prepared and sent us on our way.
Early Monday morning, he contacted us by email with the cost and let us use Paypal. Our goodies arrived safe and perfectly packed in no time at all. Mac was fantastic. Our regret is that we live on the other side of the country. Feel confident using this Pak Mail location.
