Lurie Norman, DMD

I. Love. Dr. Lurie. He is the SWEETEST DENTIST EVER! He is extremely gentle and empathetic and fair. He doesn’t participate with our insurance (MetLife), but he’ll file for us and charge the difference later on. My entire family goes to him, for everything from general hygiene to implants and gum surgery. He is very personable and will call to follow up with you after a procedure several times. I personally am not the most punctual person and have been late to appointments or missed them altogether, and his staff is always forgiving. Not to mention that I personally have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen by one of his hygienists (all of whom are pretty and sweet, albeit one of them is a little bit rougher than the others (Belkis?)). Also, he and the office staff are all South African family members, so their accents are cool to boot! They really make you feel special there.
I remember my first appointment with them after switching from my pediatric dentist. They were so comforting, and they explained everything, and made sure you knew everything about dental hygiene and what to expect during appointments and everything.
If you’re looking for a good dentist, go to Dr. Lurie. You will NOT regret it!
