A friend brought me here and I have to say I have tried pad thai in many places in Delray and Boca but this is hands down the BEST place I’ve found yet! Place is so cool vibe is awesome and the service was great. I tried my friends ramen noodle soup type dish for leftovers the next day and can’t wait to return and get it myself. We had the pot stickers as an app and they were great as well. Very pleased– will return for sure! :)

As an Asian who is new to Boca area, a good bowl of ramen seems too much to ask until I found this place! It’s not NYC standard but so far THE best ramen I’ve had. The place itself is really well decorated and the service is great too. Definitely look forward to trying their other food in the future :-)

If you like Kin Noodle you better return before 2÷1÷14. They’ve sold out and taking over will be a Thai restaurant.

My Thai wife and I have eaten noodles everywhere, including Bangkok numerous times. This is authentic, delicious, and as good as Thai noodle dishes get! We go regularly now and it is always perfect, fresh and hot! Great place!!!

Delicious, authentic Thai. Reasonable cost. Be prepared to spend a lot of time there, as the process is usually pretty slow. If you’ve got time, it’s enjoyable, but means you can’t quickly stop in for a work lunch. Favorite dishes are the Pad Thai and Boca Mama, w/peanut sauce salad.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff! The pan fried dumplings were great; however, my boyfriend said they regular ones are better(unfortunately they were out). The peanut dressing on my salad was yummy! I ordered the duck noodle soup. It was good and flavorful. My boyfriend enjoyed his dish as well. I will definitely go back to try some of the other dishes!

I have NO desire to go back to this restaurant or recommend this to my friends. I went to dinner with my husband and son. First of all, a restaurant was very quite, only two other tables. Yet a server didn’t come to our table for close to 10 minutes until we asked. A server wrote down our order and yet our food came out wrong. She didn’t seem like she understands menu. I asked an extra sauce for Yakisoba because it was under-seasoned. She said it would be an extra $ 1 for sauce. Why do we have to pay for unseasoned food? Don’t try Ramen. It’s an instant noodle, which you can buy at Walmart. They just added some soup to it. As a Japanese, I feel terrible that this restaurant is giving people an impression of what Japanese cuisine is about.

I didn’t know what to expect when my husband, cousin, and I walked in. I’d read the reviews on Unilocal and it sounded pretty good. But this place was so plain and unassuming. The young man who greeted us when we came in was friendly and enthusiastic. Since it was a half hour before their closing time, and only one table was filled, I asked him if we should come back another time. He said we had plenty of time and he told us we would enjoy the food. He took us to a table and said he would also be our server. My husband ordered the drunken noodles. I ordered the Boca mama, which is a spicy version of drunken noodles. My cousin had a large serving of the tom yum shrimp soup. The food came with a small salad with your choice of ginger or peanut dressing. We choose the ginger. The salad was fresh and the ginger dressing was delicious. The food was so good. My Boca mama was spicy, but not too hot. My husband loved his drunken noodles, and my cousin said his soup was very good. They had several dishes I’d like to try, and I’m looking forward to going back.

I love their hot noodle soups! I’ve only come here for lunch and I’ve never been disappointed. The salad is ok. It’s just iceberg lettuce with a cucumber on it and a few shreds of carrot with minimal dressing. But that’s a small matter. I come for the noodles!

Accidentally ended up at this restaurant, but was really glad that our original restaurant was closed. This place may look small in size but the food and ambiance was pretty good. The servers were quiet welcoming and noodles were just awesome. We tried the drunken noodles and the boca mama noodles. Both 5 star, though drunken noodles deserved an extra star. The place is moderately priced i.e., around 12 – 13 $ for a noodle dish at dinner. I am sure to visit this place again soon!

Its so unfortunate that the service here is so slow. We ordered our food and 20 minutes later still were waiting for our appetizers drinks and soup. The previous review might have been correct that only 2 people work as servers here — still they couldnt communicate and keep track of the orders. Our 1 hot app came out and no salads yet… isnt it easier to slap some cold lettuce and veggies on a plate than cook soft shell crab? The one guy server had no clue what he was doing, and a table that arrived 20 min after us got their salads before we did. So sad — we found this place after reading a review on Sun Sentinel back in January 2013… never again! Will read Unilocal before every dinner out from now on. The food is decent here which makes the poor and slow service all the more a shame.

This place was recommended by a fellow Unilocaler. The food was really good. We had several appetizers. My favorite was the octopus balls. The mango smoothie was a little watered down. It could have used more fruit. We ordered the spicy Korean ramen soup. Very delicious and spicy. I was sweating after And my nose was stuffy. The seasoning was just right. We also had their red bean and vanilla ice cream. Nothing special about that. Thank you for accommodating our big group. There was only 2 people serving the whole place. We did help the server out with passing out plates and water. Besides that he was very nice and patient with all of us.

My wife and I met two freinds here for the first time. We were treated so well, I forgot I was in SoFlo! The food was excellent and the price was spot on, and actually bordered on a «bargain»,(shhh, don’t tell anyone). We had a draft beer, the awesome seafood Udon Noodle soup, and wife wife had the vegetarian, Curry… Everything was full of flavor and we will be back, often… WE love you Kin Noodle Bar!

I love Kin! One of my co-workers introduced me to this little gem in the heart of Boca and I have been craving all things Asian since! The service is great, food is clean and tasty. Check out Kin if you’re craving something delicious!

I was hunting for a noodle soup place and came across this one on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! Pros: very reasonably priced. please try Takoyaki(traditional japanese snack aka octopus ball, SOGOOD), thai ice tea(my friend loved it), and tum yum noodle soup, tempura appetizer cute little place reminds me of new york city a little bit. great for lunch! Cons: the Ramen tasted like it’s from a instant ramen noodle package but the broth was good. next time i go i would get their rice noodle or egg noodle next time i go i want to get their smoothie with boba in it!

I think I just found my favorite new noodle bar. The lunch prices are great, the meals are even greater. Fair warning, when you want it hot make sure you can handle it. I ordered the Tom Yum noodles with shrimp. The waitress asked how hot and I said 5. She laughed. I said, okay 4. She smiled. Later, I cried. I had some sinus issues prior to lunch but not anymore. If 4 is this hot, I can’t fathom how people can do 5. The Tom Yum noodles are wide noodles in an amazing broth that will leave you wanting more. All portions come with a house salad and you can opt for either the peanut or ginger dressing. Both are good, but the spicy peanut is the preferred choice for me. I wouldn’t be surprised if they sprinkled it with crack. My friend ordered the Pad Thai and said it was pretty good. After just one visit I’m hooked. It’s a quaint little place that used to be Cheebuger Cheeburger but with a remodeled bar area now. Kin is definitely a great lunch spot as their prices are right in line. Dinner prices seem to jump as expected. This place is the ichiban of noodle bars.

I came here for the first time in April of this last year, and in the last four months have likely gone a total of 20 times. It’s far different than the usual asian fusion, and every single dish I’ve had has been delicious… although I’ll be honest that 90% of the time I order the same thing(The Tom Yum Kin Noodle Bowl with shrimp.) I highly recommend it for a quick, affordable lunch. I also have had consistently pleasant customer service experiences and i know they also have buy one get one on all wine beer and sake until the end of August.

Server extremely rude, brought wrong drinks, whatever. Then our mains came and mine had the incorrect noodles in it. After he explained that they were out of udon noodles(what I ordered) i said i didn’t want it. He refused to take it off the bill and at the end of the meal magically«Found» some more udon noodles in the back. Didn’t want to take food home considering the GF had finished her meal, so I declined. He proceeded to threaten to call the cops, which he didn’t… So after 20 minutes waiting outside I called them myself to sort the situation. Food is fine but service(especially the server VInnie) was the most horrible experience I have ever had after eating at probably 1 – 2,000 establishments all over the world. I used to wonder why this place is consistently empty all the fucking time. I don’t anymore. I’d avoid this at all costs. The only thing that makes me feel slightly better is that it’s going to close down just as fast as every other place that has been in this location previous. GET A GRIPANDLEARNHOWTOTREATCUSTOMERS. I Signed up for Unilocal after browsing for over two years just to write this review. STAYAWAY. UPDATE: Location messaged me via facebook with an apology, and offered no refund or offer of any kind to alleviate the situation. Way to follow up and through… or down and out.
