Kathleen Thompson, DO

First time. The wait time was over an hour with no explanation as to why. I did ask the nurse practitioner she asked me what happened? After providing more details, I’m then told I’ll need to wait even longer before I can see the doctor. I am not too happy with how my first visit has gone so far but I can tell you that if needed I will give this office a second chance to redeem themselves. Again poor customer service. Long wait times up to an hour or more. Not a happy customer. I’m updating my review to say that Dr. Kathleen Thompson is a true doctor she came in and apologize for the inconsistency and the customer service and promise to do better I so appreciate that as well as the other workers there also apologize for the long wait time. I’m still not a happy customer but I’m more satisfied customer
