John T Bowman, DMD, MD

Originally my boyfriend had his wisdom teeth removed with Dr.Bowman. I was there the day of and met the doc along with his staff. I was surprised by how wonderful they all were so I decided to make my appointment after my dentist told me I probably needed my wisdom teeth removed.
I came in and had my panoramic xrays then finally sat with Dr. Bowman to discuss my options. Honestly, I cant say I’ve met such a cool and honest doctor. He told me I didnt really need to have the surgery done. He could have said yes do it to made his money but he put patient care first! Awesome guy and awesome team. I highly recommend them. My boyfriend’s surgery was very smooth, no problems what’s so ever.
Oh btw, they have an incredible special out, I think its $ 1675 for all 4 wisdom teeth with anesthesia included. Who can beat that?

I was irrationally terrified of the dentist and therefore allowed all 4 of my wisdom teeth to painfully grow in without getting a professional opinion. Eventually, I got a cavity in one that was so bad I had no choice but to finally go to the dentist. The first one I went to tried to totally scam me by taking advantage of my terror and saying me insurance didn’t cover the anesthesia (to the tune of over $ 600)! This didn’t sound right to me because I have great insurance and I’d never heard of this before, so I did my research and went to Dr. Bowman for a second opinion. His office isn’t flashy, but super clean, and his staff are all literally the nicest people I have ever met. Even for my first consultation, the nurse was so concerned over making sure the pillow in the examination chair was comfortable enough for me — that has never happened! Dr. Bowman is thorough and straight forward and you never get the feeling he is trying to rush you out. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled, no swelling and barely any pain at all — I couldn’t believe how simple it all was. Oh, and my insurance DID cover the anesthesia (the first one was just trying to double bill me plus get me to pay because then its a higher rate than the one they negotiate through your insurance), and my total bill was a little over $ 100 instead of $ 600. I’m not usually one to write reviews but this was such an inordinately positive experience I had to. Also — he referred me to a great regular dentist for the rest of my dental work (Dr. Karen Coello) and I’m finally on top of my dental health and have dropped my fear of dentists completely!

We love Dr. John and Maria, Lin and the other office staff. Very expert. Clean. Fast. No waiting. Flexible. Expert. Educated (yup, lots of degrees). Kind. Plainless. Could not ask for a better dentist and long term care provider. Location easy to find. Building not fancy but nice. Prices very very fair. We recommend 110%. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely and positively loved this doctor! He is the most warm, gentle, caring, attentive and professional dentist I’ve ever met. Had my wisdom tooth removed today and I’ve had absolutely no pain whatsoever! He is affordable and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone without any reservations! I really can’t say enough good things about him. If you go to him, I can assure you that going to the dentist will actually be a great experience!

Had my 4 Wisdom Teeth Pulled Yesterday they were running a bit behind but other then that it went very smoothy Dr Bowman is a great Dr and his staff is very friendly especially his 1 assistant I can’t remember her name but she is so sweet and kinda reminds me of a younger version of rose from the Golden Girls kinda flakey but smart and just a sweet person… I will recommend him to anyone. I am in pain today as its been a day since surgery and my sister called the office and he called me back right away and said he would call me in a stronger pain med. Dr Bowman is a great Dr with a great Staff and offers Great Prices.
