Holistic Family Health Center

I must admit that I have always been a little bit skeptical about Chinese Medicine practices. But after going to Holistic Family Heath Center for a little over a month now I am a firm believer.
When I called to make my initial appointment they were so helpful and took a lot of time explaining things to me over the phone as well as sending me a brochure and giving me a website to learn more about Chinese medicine and acupuncture. This was great because I could do some research before my initial appointment and have questions all ready to go.
My first appoint was great. Dr. McKnight is very thorough and explains everything and she is very focused on you. She gives you all the time you need to ask questions and never rushes you. She also explains the process as she is doing it. I thought that acupuncture would hurt but honestly i didn’t really feel a thing. It is so great for relaxation and much much more.
The office is very clean and the rooms are so warm in color and inviting. You lay on a heated amethyst mat. Yes it a mat full of warm Amethyst. It wonderful. You have no idea!
If you are someone who is interested in Chinese Medicine/​acupuncture and want to try this method VS Western Medicine I would 150% suggest going to see Dr. McKnight. It would be one of the best decisions you would make for your heath and I believe this whole hearted.
