Diligent Pest Control

Part of how I put myself through college was with a part time pest control job, so I know a little more than your average homeowner. I was using another company that was average before using Diligent and the technician was friendly enough, but when I met the owner and he explained how they approach the process with environmentally friendly materials and an outside only treatment I wanted to give them a chance.
I can tell you that my experience is much better with Diligent. Not only have they practically eliminated any signs of bugs in my home, they have not had to apply any treatments inside my home. We have seen a steady improvement as time has gone by as well. The owner is responsive and knowledgeable and his technicians are friendly and do their job well.
While no company or person is perfect, Diligent has come as close as I can hope for in a Pest Control company and I would sincerely recommend trying Diligent for your Pest Control needs.

Hired company to treat back and side yard lawn, trees and plants that were healthy and bushy. Three months later, everything is dead! They came back out and said weed killer must have been applied but said they didnt do it (they were the ONLY company treating the property) Took 7 years to create tropical, lush backyard and only 3 months for Diligent to kill it! Company has no interest in taking any blame or offering me any assistance
