I’ve been going to dermatologist office since I was young and now that I have a daughter I have to take her to one! And this is the BEST office I have ever been to! Amazing staff, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Dr. Topper is awesome! She’s so warm and great with my daughter! Bed side manner is wonderful. I will always go there!

When I visit with Dr. Shari Topper, I know that everything will be done in a methodical professional way and that she will offer me the best care possible. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable but at the same time you know that she is 1000% comfortable with what she knows. I trust her implicitly. I highly recommend her practice

I’ve been coming to this office for a couple of years for several dermatological needs.
My first experience was with Doctor Fiedler. I had been suffering with adult onset cystic acne for about 10 years and any dermatologist I went to kept putting me on antibiotics telling me that Isotretinoin (aka accutane) was too dangerous — could cause liver and depression issues.
Dr Fiedler said that being on long rounds of antibiotics was much more dangerous in her opinion and that I would be so closely monitored that I should give it a try. Well I was on it for 4 months and have been cystic acne free for well over a year now.
I’ve also been in to see Dr. Topper for cosmetic dermatology and she is terrific. She doesn’t push anything more on you to increase the price — she is extremely conservative and prescribed an inexpensive lightening cream for my heavily freckled cheeks.
My daughter is a patient of Dr Toppers as well. Dr Topper treated a couple of warts on her toes that never returned and has treated various acne issues for her as well. Dr. Topper takes the time to hear and look at all dermatologic issues so sometimes the appointment may run longer than expected.
We have both had facials here with their in-​house aesthetician too.
Yes, there have been times where the wait has been long — I’ve learned to ask when I check in and have rescheduled without any issues. I find if I make an early AM appointment waiting is never an issue.
The front desk and check out ladies and nurses in the office are all extremely friendly and helpful. I find that you reap what you sow in any doctors office with support staff. A smile and friendly demeanor go a very long way. Show respect and you will get it in return. I’m sure they are extremely frustrated when the schedule falls behind as well.

They treat people very well here and the do a good job of explaining everything to me. Dr. Topper really put me at ease and I feel very comfortable here.

I had a number of dermatological checkups and procedures done by Dr. Shari Topper. She was excellent and had both personality and professionalism. I appreciated the fact that she was more thorough than the other dermatologists I have seen (due to a history of skin cancer). The office staff and the way the office is run is first rate. There was very little waiting time. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Topper.

It started out great! I called on a Tuesday and they were able to schedule an appointment the next day. The facility looked good except for their bathroom and the people were nice. My appointment was at 2:30pm and by the time I was able to see the doctor, it was already 4pm. She came in with her cellphone, introduced herself and looked at the mysterious rash on my arm and told me she can’t really tell what it is until after the test results. I understood and agreed to do the test but what I didn’t appreciate was that the consultation itself took less than 5 minutes and the wait took more than an hour. It felt like a waste of time.
I was told that the results will only take 2 days and a week after I called since I haven’t heard from them and the lady said that it actually takes 4 weeks. Fortunately for me, the rash went away after a few days so pretty much the whole visit to the doctor was totally unnecessary.

While the office is nicely decorated, the patient service is substandard due to staff bad attitude who like to argue with patients instead of trying to make it better.
I arrived an hour before my appointment time and the doctor did not see me until 40 minutes after my scheduled time.
I asked the receptionist about how much longer and all she said with a bad attitude was that it was going to be at least 10 more minutes because there was a patient in front of me. Many patients arrived after my scheduled appointment and were seen before me which I never understood.
Then, the assistant who escorted me to see the doctor was even worse with her bad attitude trying to argue with me instead of apologizing and make things better. Once again, this office staff service to the patients is substandard and needs training on not to argue with patients and make things better. Please don’t respond with the same emergency response because it is not applicable.

Dr. Fiedler has a great, caring office and staff. She can be reached any time by email and gets back to you quickly. She is very conservative, patient, thorough and kind. I would highly recommend her!

Beautiful new office. Attentive and friendly staff. Dr. Topper is a great diagnostician and a very concerned and caring practitioner. I would highly recommend her to anyone for medical or cosmetic needs. I also used the Cool Sculpt machine and was thrilled with the results!

Gorgeous new office and I loved them before in their other medical center. Dr Fiedler is my doctor and she is an angel and brilliant… patient and honest and I have NEVER been overcharged. She always tells the truth and although she could make extra money from me she will say no to a procedure knowing it won’t really help me. I love her for her honesty and ethics.

Horrible, I went there 3x!!! For white spots on my skin it’s already 6 months and I still got them. I went there after taking medications for 10’days (AGAIN) wondering what’s going on, dr toppers response was wait another month, and charged me again. Ridiculous … so disappointed for a big clinic like that and she can’t give me a right medication for white spots…

I have been a patient of Dr. Topper for many years. I have a number of dermatological issues and consider myself very fortunate to have found her. She is a fantastic diagnostician and very knowledgeable. I recently had an emergency and she took care of the issue right away. My husband is a patient and I have referred a number of friends. Everyone is more than satisfied. As someone who has been a dermatology patient since infancy I’ve been to enough dermatologists to know very quickly who is proficient and who is not. Shari Topper gets an A plus! The offices are new and beautiful and the hours are good — icing on the cake!

Very knowledgable doctors who quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and provided a solution! I have never has to wait long for a scheduled appointment and they even fit me in without an appointment with little waiting time.

I visited this office numerous times. The doctors are compassionate and knowledgeable. They resolved my issues quickly and put me at ease. The professional staff was polite easy to deal with. I have recommended this practice to many friends and relatives.

I have only had positive experiences with this derm practice. All of the staff has been professional caring for my needs .They have made accurate diagnosis and recommended the right course of treatment. I highly recommend this practice.
