Unprofessional! Front desk girl has attitude and impossible to work with. I’m going somewhere else where you get treated nice by therapist and front desk. I agree with the other review on unprofessional treatment.

Beware.
They double charged us and our insurance and didn’t even tell us until we caught the situation 2 months later while reviewing insurance claims. then when we called to ask for a refund they said it was an oversight that they would have caught eventually (really?), but that we would still have to wait another 6 weeks to get our money. This looks like an abuse of insurance and patient accounts.
I will mention in passing as well that my wife went for treatments at this center and felt as though she was treated unprofessionally by the entire staff, front desk and therapists, and they do not seem to have any customer service skills whatsoever.

This is by far the best Cora. I’ve been to many in my time and this one has staff that is extremely knowledgeable. John (head therapist) has been with many professional sports teams and now is here. He’s a great asset to my healing process from my injury.
