Dr. Carolyn Kubiack (Family Medicine) is great! Listens and pays attention. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kubiack for more than 8 years. I agree with Sara R. The Dr. has excellent bedside manners. I’ve never had a problem booking appointments… or with anyone in her office. They are all very nice and professional!

My experience: getting an appointment required multiple calls and patience to reach someone on the phone and a long wait of months for an appointment, I didn’t appreciate the staff attitude and procedures, overall highly disappointing. Would not recommend it.
