I have gotten previous piercings from here before and it was great. Owner is nice and extremely knowledgeable. Shop extremely clean and he does great work. And I loved going there because of the owner.
Unfortunately the reason I am writing this review is because of one of the employees. The heavier man literally said to my face that I’m stupid and do not follow directions because I did not finish using my previous after care from previous piercings. My friend and I were kinda shocked that he was saying this and it completely changed our minds about getting pierced there. Which sucks because I really liked that place but will no longer go there or tell my friends about this shop because of how the employee treated me. :-/

This place is so awful! I came in for a consultation to get a piercing and left after 10 minutes because the owner gave me the most uncomfortable vibe.

The owner/​artist is a pervert.

HORRIBLE! lines that should have been so easy and clean look like a toddler did it! Couldn’t care less about their customers, DO NOT go to this shop unless you want a lifetime regret. Again DO NOT go to this shop, it’s a complete joke that they even claim to be tattoo «artists»

I always walk in here super nervous and Brett makes me feel super comfortable because of his experience and how happy I am when I leave. I never go to anyone else. If you want a piercing and you’re nervous Brett’s your guy. He’ll make you feel comfortable and do the best job around.

I didn’t get pierced here but I did come in here to have jewelry changed. I was having a nerve block and needed to put in plastic jewelry for my nipple piercings. I was scared to change the jewelry myself so I wanted to find a professional.
The owner, put a gauge that was too big into my nipple. It hurt so much. He was only able to do one piercing because he didn’t have more plastic. He told me if I found plastic jewelry that I could come in late that night, after close, and he would change it for me free of charge. It sounded like he was being really nice but I just didn’t get a good feeling from him. I felt like he was kind of creepy. He asked me to take off my clothes so he could better have access to my piercings. I felt like he just wanted to check me out naked. I was standing in my panties for about 10 minutes. He didn’t do anything wrong technically but he did make me uncomfortable. I have had my nipples pierced 3 times and have had jewelry changed at 2 other places and have never gotten inappropriate feelings about the piercer towards me.
I went later that day to a different piercing place and found out a very inappropriate story about the owner and a client getting her clit pierced. I’m not saying this place is bad but I do think to not be alone when you’re with the piercer

Had my first tattoo done here and I am so pleased.
The owner Brett was very nice and was very welcoming. The shop is very clean and feels like a doctors office; in a good way.
Austen did my tattoo and was very patient with getting the design to my liking as well as with my nerves.
I love my tattoo and glad I chose Boca Body Art!

Just got my septum done and could not be happier. Brett/​owner made me feel comfortable on the phone before I even got there.
The shop had a cool industrial feeling. Very clean and a nice break from most shops covered in cheesy pop art graphics.
I have many tattoos, and over the years have had many piercings done, but I had never had my septum done. This was the first piercing I have gotten in the last 6 years… So I was just as nervous as the first time I had any work done!
Brett talked me through it all, mainly kept me laughing through most of it :) Turned out to not be painful at all, just made my eyes water.
I will definitely be coming back for any future work, if not only for the great staff.

Clean establishment great experience! Excellent customer service :) would definitely go back!
