I have been doing business with Bliss for many, many years. I have always been treated in the most friendly and professional manner. The owner remembers me even though I on visit the store a few times a year. I get so many compliments on the items I have embroidered. I have referred many of my friends who have enjoyed the same positive experiences. I recently had a baby shower for my step daughter. Many of the guests commented that that went to BLISS and have for years. My sister dropped of her children’s backpacks off to be monogrammed before school started. I was waiting outside the store with my dog and saw shock in her face when she picked them up a week later. The owner told my sister that in order to monogram them, she might cause a hole in one of them. That was no problem. A hole can easily be sewed. However, the owner sewed the hole halfway and left some unfinished. When the owner was asked about it, she got defensive and called my sister, «difficult» and said she had no time to fix it. HELLO, this is an embroidery shop!!! To add insult to injury, my sister asked for a refund of a measly $ 15, the owner refused to give cash back bc the credit card was not present. She claimed it would throw off her yearly books. It was the owner! Had I been the owner and returned a product to my REPEAT customer in this damaged state with a lousy workmanship, I would have reached into my own wallet and took out $ 15!!!
