I no longer like this store and don’t shop there anymore. There’s never anyone up front and they are not so friendly. They are not knowledgable. And they are definitely not all adults working there, like one customer stayed before. I do like some of the fragrances but shop at a different location.

I simply love this store, not just for the fantastic assortment of scentfully delicious items, but for the service as well. For whatever reason, this is one of the few little shops that employs adults who provide exceptional service as opposed to oblivious teenagers just working a part-​time job for extra cash.
I drug my husband in here over the weekend since I was out of my hand sanitizer and he made the comment that this place is for adults — we were greeted by smiling adults, helped by smiling adults (when I wanted a certain scent for the clip-​on that goes on my car’s visor) and our purchase was rung up by an adult at the register. It’s just so refreshing to receive good service at a store in the mall of all places, and not feel like I’m some kid’s mom while I’m shopping.
