We went to Alexander’s for the Valentine’s Day brunch buffet. The nice thing is that you don’t have to be a member to eat at the restaurant. The building is beautiful and has a great view. Service was friendly and prompt, and the food was really good for a reasonable price. I was somewhat confused that there was not a buffet as advertised, but three brunch specials and the regular lunch menu(which was very different than the one posted online). We weren’t sure we were in the right place; signage was not very clear. And for Valentine’s Day brunch the place was really empty, only two other tables were filled. Aside from the menu options being different than expected, we were really pleased! Will likely be back when it’s warmer to sit on the patio and enjoy the view!

We came for the Sunday brunch and were very pleased with the variety, quality, and value for the cost. Service was attentive and friendly and the dining and buffet space were clean and tidy. Children eat for half price which for our 5 year old is equal to other children’s menu prices but offers a greater number of desirable food choices. Dessert selection was plentiful as well as an omelette station, beef carving station supplied with ham and beef. The buffet included chicken, fish, bacon, sausage, potatoes, shrimp, grits, pancakes, salad, etc. we will plan to visit again soon.

I have been here multiple times and always have an excellent experience. The Charleston Tacos are my favorite thing to eat. I also love the draft selection, which is pretty good for Blythewood area. I do wish they would bring in more Columbia microbreweries. We also have our Chamber meetings here and the breakfast is always delicious.

Had dinner there last night and it was a truly enjoyable experience. My wife and I split an appetizer assortment as well as a dinner combination which were both excellent. The appetizer had a spinach artichoke dip, southwestern egg rolls, and potstickers. They were great with an excellent dipping sauce for the potstickers. The entrée consisted of a perfectly cooked filet mignon that had great taste without any sauces, a quarter rack of fall off the bone ribs, and a bowl of shrimp and grits. Priced at $ 40, what a bargain. Their full regular menu as well as the dinner specials are available Friday and Saturday nights. Reasonably priced drinks and yummy desserts finished off our evening. I highly recommend going to Alexander’s.
