Terrible customer service at this store. When I went in to buy my first smartphone today(and opened up a new single-line plan), I was not given any sort of description of what phones were available to me. Then, after I had picked a phone, the employee I worked with silently set up my plan(asking no questions or verifying what I wanted), put the phone in a bag, asked if I wanted insurance and walked away to the back room. I waited at the counter, thinking she would come back to verify what plan I wanted, give a run down of my phone, transfer my contacts, etc., but after waiting several minutes, nothing. Since I had to get to work and already wasted an hour in the store, I left. Later on, I check my Verizon plan online and I’m signed up for an $ 80/month MORE Everything plan when I had requested(more than once) a $ 60/month single-line plan. So now I have to call Verizon customer service tomorrow and get it fixed. Completely incompetent. Didn’t work with anyone else at the store, but the employees were all very noisy with one another and didn’t seem very professional. Will not be returning to this store for anything else.

Complete incompetence. Three screwups later and my dad still doesn’t have a phone. They couldn’t handle a simple upgrade. Avoid Monique at all costs. Not the brightest bulb and she will try and sell you everything in the store. If you live in the area avoid the headache and go online.

Dumb staff told me when we switched over from sprint that I can upgrade my phone in March. We went to the store in March and now they tell me November! Always a line and never have good deals. I hate Verizon can’t wait until my contract is up!
