I have used Kevin, the Low Country Computer Guy, for all my computer needs for at least 5 years. He is amazing and an absolute joy to work with. Kevin is one of the most patient people I have ever met. He is so knowledgable, honest, caring, responsive – there is nothing but the most wonderful things I could ever say about him or how he operates his business. Kevin does so much also for such a little amount of money, too. His prices are way beyond fair. It’s also nice to work with a husband and wife team because they are in this business together and care so much about it and love what they do. Kevin not only takes care of the problems I call him about, but every time he comes to my house, I learn so much. He goes beyond the problem and tells me about things I’d never know about otherwise. He even answers questions about software which I just ask «on the fly,» or tells me things on his own about software that I wouldn’t even think of asking about because I don’t know about the things. He goes way «above and beyond,» in all he does. I will never, ever call anyone else for anything that has to do with my computer!

Friendly staff (Linda)…answered my call, told me where to drop off my computer for diagnostics.
Unfortunately, it was beyond repair, but they promptly called me the next morning and there was no charge!

Excellent service and very focused. Also very reasonable prices and immediate response to my computer problems. Fixed everything in a short period of time. I highly recommend.
