Sonic Drive-In

Worst sonic I have ever eaten at. Service was terrible and food was bad. One person in my party waited for over 15 minutes to get her ordered items. They messed up our order 2 times before finally getting it right. Very displeased with the entire experience.

I don’t even know where to start with this place. The service is awful. Little teenagers are disrespectful and don’t care about the customers. Every time I get food here it’s always cold & something is ALWAYS missing.
I would HIGHLY recommend going to a different sonic.

This is a really good fast food place! It can be healthier than McDonald’s too. That is why I would give it a five star rating.

I’ve had it with this Sonic and will drive further to get to another. Possibly the worst Sonic (if not fast food restaurant) in the region. We’ve been told in this drive through that watermelon flavor was discontinued (must have been out at the time because my friend came home with one the following week.) Next visit I ordered a foot long chili cheese dog. Got home and had no chili or cheese on it. When I took it back, the kids working there chuckled in amusement and offered nothing but «sorry about that». Got back home and it was a cold hot dog under the chili and cheese. This was in summer of 2012. Now in December you would think maybe there has been some turnover or anything so I tried it again. Sonic cheeseburger… burger barely on the bun with the cheese melted to the dressings. just a big mess. Chicago dog… cold. I live 3 minutes away and not even luke warm. The bun was broken and soggy from way too much relish. Sorry. I lived in Chicago for a long time and most Sonics have a pretty good interpretation of a Chicago dog. Don’t order one there. Don’t even eat there. Sonic should shut this location down because it makes them look bad. The health department should check their food temperatures.
