Papa’s Pizza To Go

This place is a wonderful family friendly place to eat. Super clean, friendly and fresh food.

Just when i needed it most, a pizza buffet! In big yellow letters the sign reads, «PIZZA BUFFET». They should update it to read, «BEST PIZZA BUFFET EVER». The calzones were absolutely to die for. And those loaded potatoes comma they’re amazing! If only the wings were served as a buffet item too, then we’d REALLY be talkin’. I woke up this morning and thought to myself, «I’d love a nice slice of ‘Za today.», and Papa’s Pizza to-​go, did not disappoint.

We came as a soccer team fresh off a game with a nearby team and Papa’s opened their doors to us and provided excellent customer service. They were extremely friendly and constantly brought out hot and fresh pizza. There were multiple pizza options to choose from, along with pasta, and a few good dessert items. There’s also an arcade and tvs for entertainment. Next time we play this team or are in the area, again we will definitely come back!

The other reviews do a good job of describing the facility and menus so I won’t take your time repeating that stuff.
My wife and I been here many times over the last couple years and would have given 4 stars (for what it is) a while back, but something changed a couple months ago.
Not sure exactly why but maybe either a new management/​strategy or just plain old cost cutting. Hard to pinpoint, It just feels different and not sure but it doesn’t taste as good now as compared to the past.
There are more signs with more rules than before. They also started charging extra for to-​go cups unless you plan ahead and ask for one when you place your order.
It is a nice touch that they will custom make you a pizza, but I guess most buffet places will do that also.

If you like Cici’s pizza, you may like this… same kind of idea with a pizza buffet, but I found the pizza was not as good as Cici’s or really any pizza buffet. Salad bar was great and clean. They also have chicken nuggets that are good, but obviously from frozen. Overall, my husband and I ate a few pieces and hit the road wishing we’d maybe ordered a fresh pizza… although I don’t think that would have been much better. On the bright side, the women running the place were very friendly and nice. They really made the dinner more pleasant. Other patrons seemed happy, so maybe it’s just our taste.

This was the first time my husband and I had ever seen a large supreme pizza for $ 11.00. We were skeptical, but it was late and we were really hungry, so we got one to take back to our hotel room. We had 3 choices for crust: thin, regular, and deep dish. We chose thin. While it was not a fabulous crust, it was topped with high quality toppings. It had everything on it, and it was really good. We will probably try the regular crust the next time, to see if it is better, but this pizza was still very good. Leftovers the next day hit the spot. Our waitress was super nice and gave us plenty of plates, napkins, and plastic ware to take back to our room.

Can’t ask for much more from a pizza buffet. Staff was very friendly and when it’s slow they do not hesitate to make you whatever pizza you want so that it’s fresh. Restaurant has an arcade room and televisions throughout so there is something for the whole family. Definitely recommend for a quick casual meal. Everything was clean and tasted good.
