Good food. I recently dined here with my family for the second time at this location. There was a large party of kids and parents that were not phased by their kids behavior. I witnessed the restaurant employees and manager tell the party three times to lower their voices because others were trying to dine in peace. This showed that the establishment genuinely cares about the «customer experience»!

Been a customer for many years… food always suburb, salads, pizza, steak sandwiches are always a great choice.
But what really stands out is the Mediterranean food and the hot pita.

Been coming here since I started visiting from
Boston. Now that I am in the area I will be dining here at least once a week. Best pizza I’ve had in the area. My go to order is the eggplant parm pizza. Great staff, and nice ambiance.

I recently moved to the area and it seems there are a LOT of pizza places but a friend recommended Palermo’s and I couldn’t be happier! Pizza is good quality, service is friendly and fast, and their dinners are excellent! Loved the chicken parm. Only thing that would make it better would be if they delivered. :)

Absolutely the best Italian restaurant in the area. Have been going there for over 15 years. The pizza is spectacular and I love their salads. My wife loves their calzones. The staff is super friendly and efficient. The owners of this restaurant really care about making this restaurant as good as it can possibly be. If you live anywhere near Blue Bell you must visit Palermo’s.

Best stromboli in the area. The crust type is crispy yet moist on the inside with parmesan cheese and oregano sprinkled on top. The cheese steak meat is gently sauteed and then mixed with cheese, onions, and sauce (on the side if you like). It is then generously stuffed into the crust and ready in 20 minutes! I’ll be there Palermos! The salads are also delicious!

Great food love the chicken noodle soup! Pizza & pastas are also delicious! We enjoyed the calamari and the chicken franchise. Definitely a place to revisit!

My favorite go to is the chicken pesto panini. Every time I order it, I always get a gracious amount of chicken and quality.

Best Italian restaurant I have ever been to! Real and authentic! Amazing chicken parm and the hoagies are amazing there is nothing they can’t do!!! I’d live at palermo’s is I could!

Another great meal. It was a bit crowded so because the barstools have backs, we ate at the bar. The Margarita pizza is AMAZINGLY delicious! Nice thin crust and fresh ingredients make it great! The Special Salad or Greek Salad is my favorite side dish with pizza. If you are into a sandwich you have got to try the Veggie Sub made to order (as is everything) or one of their huge paninis.
You will not be sorry you chose to eat here

Always a great meal no matter what we order. The new bar is fantastic with a very good selection. As a person with a Gluten Free diet, which is such a pain when going out they have more than enough for me. One of my favorite items is ordering a chicken Caesar salad and have them toss the chicken in hot sauce they use for wings.

Awesome place. It’s not fancy but it’s good. I have never had a bad meal. The pizza is great. The calzones are awesome. The meals and salads are wonderful.
The bar and drinks are great and the bartender is cool and makes a great drink.
This is the place in the Blue Bell area for your local Italian Joint.

Best pizza ever. The owners are so nice and personable. I had chicken Parm and had it to vodka sauce. It was so good Now I have cravings. Thanks guys. Plus they have a full bar! Win win

When we walked in Palermo’s, they smelled absolutely amazing. Just the smell of the place made me want to try everything that they had. This was our first time eating from Palermo’s and we actually ordered food to-​go and went to pick it up, since they don’t deliver here. The food was ready when we arrived and the staff seemed pretty friendly. We ordered a large cheese pizza which was really good! It was fresh and hot and the sauce was delicious. We also ordered a side of fries which were slightly on the soggy side, which might be just because we’d placed the order to-​go and they had been sitting out in the bag for a little while. The price for the pizza was a little on the high side but we were still happy with our experience. Palermo’s has table and bar seating, so we’ll probably dine-​in next time and check out the beer selection at the bar while enjoying the food.

One day I wanted to order from Palermo’s Pizza and I asked them if they do delivery. The only time if you want delivery is when you order food over $ 100.00. So I asked them what is your delivery radius and they told me in Blue Bell. Then one person said that they don’t do delivery at all. When I called again i had gotten another person telling me that they delivery food over $ 100.00. It really got to the point that I got really mad that they don’t deliver food if the food is not over $ 100.00.

I came here yesterday with two others and ordered a large pizza — half plain, half with spinach and broccoli. It was actually pretty solid. Disregard whatever I have said about their pizza in the past. While Palermo’s is still not my favorite pizza joint, I would order here again.
One turn off is the lack of delivery services, and the service over the phone could definitely be better.

We used to see this place as the only place to get pizza in the Blue Bell area until we had a bad experience on Wednesday. We went in with our two kids (ages 2 and 3) and the grandparents to celebrate our three year olds first holiday show. We arrived at 11:30 when it was still not busy but as it got more crowded we were asked whether we could keep the kids quiet as other customers were arriving. Its not like we weren’t trying to keep our kids quiet but they are ages 2 and 3! Our 2 year old has a loud voice but the kids were by no means out of control. We felt very unwelcome and won’t be supporting this business again unfortunately. We have never been treated that way in any restaurant due to having small children with us.
