Fun place to shop for the wife. Somehow, the stock in MSP is far less «sexy» and enticing as on the West Coast. Guess Minnesota women prefer warmth to sexy under things. Still, good selection and friendly customer service.

Went in to buy panties. I couldn’t find anyone to help answer a question for me. When I finally found someone they weren’t able to answer my questions. Maybe they just need a little more staffing during the holidays. The woman at the register was friendly though and I love their products. There were some good deals on panties 50% off and on their perfumes and lotions.

I went in today to try on some lingerie for an upcoming anniversary. I went to VS on the top floor next to Macy’s/Sephora. I was first helped by Maria, who was apparently new and wasn’t that great, but she was very nice. The majority of the time, Kat helped me and she was wonderful. She was very helpful and sweet. I had a specific type of lingerie in mind and they brought whatever they could find for me to try on. However, the downside of my first lingerie buying experience was that they kept bringing clothing that I specifically said I wasn’t interested in. I’m guessing that they didn’t have a wide variety of the type that I wanted (very tight and provocative, no baby doll dresses), so they brought just anything which kind of irritated me and wasted my time. Overall, the I would say the choices weren’t that great but the staff was very kind.

I was quite happy with my visit here. I bought a few items and had a coupon for a free pair of undies. So of the 5 things I purchased I only had to pay tax on one item.
A hair product. No tax on clothing at all. Which is awesome in every way.
The girl at the counter was so nice. I actually think she was the manger.
I had an item that I had bought from Penny’s that still had the sensor tag on it.
I had my receipt for it, but I did not want to go all the way to Penny’s for them to take it off. She had the same sensor remover and she took it off for me.
It saved me sooo much time.
Nice store, well organized and clean.

I go here for all my bras because they fit well and are cute… But I HATE, HATE, HATE shopping here. I literally was asked by 4 different sales people if I need help in a period of just a few minutes. One sales person stopped me to tell me about deals, which took another few minutes. I spent more time dodging sales people than I did actually shopping. And I do not recommend trying things on… again, about 3 sales people were in the dressing room, making trying things on quite awkward… especially with their constant questions about getting a bra fitting. I will be doing future shopping online.
