This franchise is GOOD. Pleasant and professional staff under good management. You can trust these guys to do a good job. I have had them in my house several times and been happy.

They did a great job. Just had one person on the job today, Jeff, but he was outstanding and really cared to ensure he did everything right. We have Karastan in one room and he used a special process on it to ensure he didn’t hurt it. The carpet looks brand new and smells great. It was good value too. I’m sorry we waited so long to have our carpet cleaned. We’ll probably do the rest of the house soon, and maybe our upholstery too!

Wes and Jeff came to my apartment on such short notice and my carpet is better than brand new. They were so nice and figured out how to get up to my apartment through a window. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer to get absolutely anything out of your carpet. The deodorizer smells amazing too
